MTV welcome to my crib ✨ When I opened my little gym almost 3 years ago, I never imagined the space, and the community, that would grow around it 🥺 I’m so passionate about helping women become the strongest and best versions of themselves, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome, comfortable and supported. Sculpt is more than just a gym 🤍 by @sculptstudiogym
A small gym with a big community. 🤍 Sculpt has become more than just a place to train, it’s a space where strong women support, encourage, and inspire each other every day. So grateful for this incredible community. ✨ by @sculptstudiogym

Headshot 📸🤪 I've had some new faces recently so thought I'd share a little bit about me 🙋🏽‍♀️ - I'm Lauren, I'm (almost) 29 years old - I'm a mama to my 4 year old little boy, Luca - I've been personal training for nearly 5 years & owned my own studio for 2 years - I specialise in women's strength training, as well as postpartum training - I actually fell pregnant whilst completing my PT course so spent a lot of time educating myself on pre & post natal training & nutrition - I love helping women find a style of training that they love & seeing them improve their mental & physical health - I am a huge believer in practicing what you preach, I won't give my clients any advice that I wouldn't take myself & continue to push myself to be the best version of myself - I have a caffeine problem (if you've see the cups in the sink in the gym then you know 🤣) - This last year my whole life has revolved around being a mum and running my little business, and I wouldn't have it any other way 🫶🏽 ✨✨✨ by @sculptstudiogym
