Meet Evelyn❣️ I’m a wife, mom of two, and have been passionate about fitness for over 10 years! I started with weight training and an admiration for bodybuilding, but my passion has grown into a deeper interest in understanding the body and just how capable we are. Lagree drew me in because it challenged my body differently from weightlifting. I fell in love with how well it complemented my running and strength training, and it’s become a staple in my routine! 💬 What do you love most about teaching Lagree? Overall, I love to share my love for all things fitness! I want people to know they don’t have to commit to just one form of exercise to see progress. I love how Lagree’s slow, controlled movements and muscular endurance complement my other workouts, and I’m excited to help others experience that! 💬 What’s your favorite part of watching clients progress? i’m looking forward to helping clients recognize how capable they are! Whether it’s getting stronger, improving form, or gaining confidence. 💬 How would you describe your teaching style? intentional & detail-oriented! I’m big on proper form and understanding why we’re doing movements rather than just going through the motions. I want my classes to be challenging while making everyone feel supported whether they are a beginner or an experienced client. _ 🌟 AM workout or PM workout? Whenever I can fit it into my mom schedule 😅 🌟 Move you love to hate? Runner’s lunge gets me EVERY TIME! 🌟 Front of the Miniformer or back? Both have their moments! Depends how sore I am 😮‍💨 🌟 Current favorite workout song or artist? Feid always 🔥 🌟 Coffee order? Caramel latte every time! 🌟 Dream workout buddy? My kids once they’re old enough for the Megaformer 🥹 🌟 What’s something clients would be surprised to learn about you? I love painting and have always had a creative side 🎨 by @sculptstudiorva

Happy one year @sculptstudiorva 🥳 Sculpt is much like the people who walk through its doors. Resilient, capable, and always learning. It’s been the hardest yet most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done, and I’m eternally grateful for this journey. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, big or small, and to my team (past, present, and future, shoutout Gigi and Caro, we miss you, and welcome Evelyn!!) for holding it down and pouring so much of themselves into the studio! Cheers to year 2 🤍 by @sculptstudiorva

Sculpt & Saddle 🤍🐎 A beautiful day of movement, connection, and giving back. What started as a simple idea became something so meaningful — bringing a community together to move with purpose, celebrate community, and extend kindness beyond ourselves. From every smile and conversation to every thoughtful contribution, this day was a reminder that beautiful things happen when we come together for something greater. To everyone who attended, supported, donated, and helped bring this vision to life, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Strong women. Open hearts. A beautiful purpose. by @sculptstudiorva
