Everybody has plans. I’m gonna practice more. I’m gonna work on my swing. I’m gonna get stronger. I’m gonna get better.

But development doesn’t come from what you plan to do. It comes from what you actually do, consistently, especially on the days when you don’t feel like doing it.

There’s a big difference between “I’m gonna” and “I did.”
