Sometimes Irony is funny, sometimes it’s sad. But in this case it’s just tone deaf!
An organization that preaches against bullying while tolerating the marginalization of its own members is not fostering a culture of respect—it is perpetuating a cycle of harm. True leadership begins with humility, accountability, and a commitment to the mental and emotional welfare of every individual, especially the most vulnerable. To speak of anti-bullying while enabling narcissistic and reckless behavior is not just hypocrisy—it is a betrayal of trust.
While I’m sure the post is well intentioned and says the right things, it is hollow when considering where it is coming from. You need to do better. Remember who you serve and not who serves you! taken in South Africa by @scyllanick
