Main guest bathroom

Fairly simple electrically wise in this room
Installation of 5 x downlights, extraction fan and shaver point

Also wired for a stat for the under floor heating, every single room in the house has its own stat for the underfloor heating, so every room needed a cable going back to different manifold locations, meaning you can literally pick a specific temperature you would like in each room across the whole house ! 🔥
The plumbers sure had there work cut out getting wet underfloor heating throughout the whole property 👏

Dining room

First thing you’ll notice is the stunning pendant hanging perfectly in the centre of the dining table, with the LED light bar going straight through the centre and all the glass sections sliding on after it sure catches your attention

This room has 5 amp sockets for lamps, a small recessed light for a picture spot, spotlights over the wine collection all wired back to dimmers by the door

There are also 4 small speakers in the corner of the rooms which are wired back to a central hub in the house where the customer can play music from there phone through the WiFi, also more speakers through the house and they can choose which rooms for the music to play in !

There is power in the cupboards for a small wine fridge and power in most corners of the room, all accessories were knight-bridge flatplate. Customer opted for all black accessories for this room to blend in seamlessly with the room

Tudor Project. Warwick, dead opposite the Lord Leycester Hospital in the centre of Warwick

This project has been a huge project for me and I’m extremely proud with the finished project !

This building is GRADE 2 listed, everything had to be done very specific, I’ve worked with this client on a few of there properties and they know what they want!, perfection, this was an amazing challenge and the end result speaks for itself

Im going to do a fair few separate posts for this one as i feel it would be a shame to squeeze everything into just one post, but lets start with a couple of garden shots, of which I’m hoping to get more of as customer would like a few more putting in 💡

Uplighter’s throughout the garden and Downlighters on the posts controlled by smart switching so customer can control then from there phone and set timers etc
Socket power throughout near seating areas etc
Power for a water feature which is controlled from a switch at the back door to the garden

3 x driveway uplighters and 2 x up downlights either side of the front door, all controlled from smart plugs so customer and control them from there phone and set timers etc!
I do alot of these types of installs they are extremely popular, gives and amazing feature lighting looks to you’re home aswell as providing that much needed bit of light in the dark mornings/evenings 💡

Upgraded old 100amp 3 phase busbar chamber to a 200amp busbar chamber, so that building could withstand the power from the new solar installation aswell as everything else on the building
Then wired a new feed to the new 50kw inverter
Job done for @paresnoservices 🫶

On an EICR for connels Lettings we found this little beauty of an SWA terminated straight into some Henley blocks. The SWA went a total of 15 metres from the cutouts to the consumer unit location
Anything over 3 metres required protection, so we solved that by installation of this lovely lewden switched fuse fitted with an 80amp fuse to protect the cable run
Only after that could the EICR be passed, no shortcuts on safety when it comes to electrics ! ⚡️

2 x 66kw inverters with masters and slaves. All panels with optimisers, which means if ever a panel goes down then we can pinpoint the exact panel that has failed and change it easily if ever needed in the future !

Installation of 30kw Solis Inverter in tight riser space but we make it happen 🙏
All strings installed with DC isolators, own AC feed with meter installed along with connection to fire alarm so if fire alarm goes off then shuts the whole system down automatically 👍
