Can’t write the script any better! Rolling into his Sophmore year devastated and defeated.

He came in at his lowest and has driven harder than most to get where he is. A 3.9 GPA could have dropped, his drive to play could have dropped and his love for the game! He rose above and never quit! He asked questions everyday and did more drills taking video trying to figure out his body! Anyone in the facility knows how much he put into every drill everyday! He could have quit at any moment cause he only had himself.

When he is a dad, he will remember the past 2 years of a summer unknown and on to a summer playing for the u17 Philippines national team even competing in the home run derby!

Another great summer with Chase hitting many milestones! This picture is what our facility is all about.

Opportunity! Don’t be defined by the moment, define the moment!

Great job Chase Riley! Excited to watch you continue to grow as a player and as a person! 🤙🏾 taken in GameTime Sports by @sd_pitchingcoach

Metrics have no emotions! Train the future and get these kids to college with coaching experience, metrics and developing the players as human beings understanding the game is all about failure! We have gotten these kids to college with always learning to progress by training with a purpose! It’s not the system, it’s the programs!

I look at this everyday and try to remember im not there to just throw baseballs, but to impact these next generation on and off the field.

At church this week Pastor Jeremy talked about how we ask for something and then when we get it we forget how bad we asked for the opportunity. I cried to end the sermon like man am I really appreciating the things he gave me? I know I’m trying, but do we really appreciate the things and people around us?

Some of you know, but I started out vacuuming at Sportland when they opened across the street just hoping to get an opportunity and basically forced them to give me a job literally in the 2nd month in. I would stop showing up lol. Thankful to be where I am today and not letting myself forget where I started. I’m so passionate cause all it takes is one person to believe in you. From Stan at Sportland to Jaymo at San Diego show to even old man Halbig with The Clubhouse. Be grateful, don’t forget where you started and influence people around you to be great. I don’t owe anyone anything, I do thing because this is what God called me to do. I fail sometimes, but I can guarantee I will pour everything I have in my life to make these young men successful and prepared for this life.

If your presence doesn’t make an impact, your absence won’t make a difference. How we at this facility do anything, is how we should do everything!

Grateful for my family, my co workers and all of our student athletes. It’s a process, but I couldn’t be happier to be the coach of every single individual in our facility.

I will text you at college on a Monday randomly to ask you how you’re doing. I will FaceTime you at 6 o’clock with all the boys just to talk shit to you. I will send you a meme to cheer you up when you’re pissed at life. Thats me here to be present!

If you come to our facility just know we train more than baseball! We show you Gods love and show you how to grow. I hope if I have ever coached you that was the impact I had on you and if you ever need anything I hope you know I would be there to help whether your old or new! I am here to take your phone call, give you advice and do anything I can to help yo taken in GameTime Sports by @sd_pitchingcoach

Rolling into playoffs this Friday, starting pitcher for Grossmont College Rowan Haynes is having a great season leading the Griffins to a 25-15 record with a 6-1 record as a starting pitcher.

Haynes is head off to University of San Fransisco this fall to play for the Dons up north.

As a leader on and off the field, Haynes has shown leadership in many ways from his training habits, mentorship and showing it on the field.

Good luck to Rowan and the Griffins as they play Cuesta College this Friday to try and continue this great run.

Special thanks to @flexprogrip and @cleanfuego for helping us make this a special season for Rowan! taken in GameTime Sports by @sd_pitchingcoach

Players Coach = Players Facility

Being able to create a private environment for athletes to train, learn and enjoy the environment they train with all the tools needed to be healthy. To put up a college flag or professional jersey, as these athletes leave off to college or spring training, it encourages the youth everyday at what the future can be! Every athlete in here is encouraged to be a leader and to lead by example and it starts with them!

From Major League Baseball Players to our youth here we train at a higher level, we learn higher level techniques and we are encouraged by athletes with like minded goals!

Thankful God has given us this facility to train and surrounded by coaches who love to coach! See you on the field 🤙🏾

Thank you @albertmercato for coming in and documenting our facility 🔥 taken in GameTime Sports by @sd_pitchingcoach
