We move to soothe. Mental health matters.

I’m Kathy — fitness coach for 30+ years, founder of @sdhumankind and @fitterisfunnerstudio.

I’ve spent my life helping people heal through movement, advocating for teens in crisis, and raising funds through flowers, merch, and my work with SanDiegoLifeline.org.

I was nominated by a dear friend to try out for Top Host on iHeart because I believe in the joy of music, the power of love and vulnerability, and having the hard conversations for those we’ve lost to suicide.

Please VOTE FOR ME so I can be a voice for hope — and in support of RyanSeacrest and all the children at Children’s Hospital dreaming beyond their windows.
Let’s keep our minds strong, hearts strong, bodies strong. Together.

Visitors also appreciate the clean, relaxing environment and the reasonable prices. They also mention the spotless restrooms and the professional service.

I am so proud of the many small businesses in San Diego, especially in North County. Why would I post about other people successes.....?..... because it feels good, it's not about money, it's just about bringing a light on people who worked so diligently at their craft. I'm so proud of them! 👏🩵🌊🩵

Bringing 360° health to SDFitBIZ—where community meets wellness and local gems shine! Stopped by Not Famous, Just Known in Carlsbad for fresh, simple bagels and unreal butters. Couldn’t help but tell the owner how proud I am of young entrepreneurs like this—these are the people that make San Diego thrive. Go support and taste the love! #SDFitBIZ #SupportLocal #CarlsbadEats #entrepreneurspirit by @sdfitbiz

Our family farm is a labor of love, where every bloom is handpicked, watered, and nurtured naturally—never with pesticides. From our fields of vibrant flowers, we create our signature Wild Dreams bouquets, now available at the Frazier Farms markets and this year at Lazy Acres in San Diego and Encinitas. Our arrangements bring Mother Nature’s beauty to local restaurants across North County, brightening tables with color and care. Every bouquet you purchase helps us support North County Lifeline, joining the fight against sex trafficking and giving hope to those who need it most.

Big hugs to our @kusinews family for always advocating for small business, movement and living your best life in this beautiful city SAN DIEGO! 🩵🌊☀️✨🤲

Fabulous workout today @cindywhitmarsh and my fitness 'swole~mate' @michele_fitness who make fitness FUN 🤩 JUST HOW IT SHOULD BE! 💛💛💛 by @sdfitbiz

64 and fearless, baby! 💃💥 Today’s workout isn’t about reps or miles—it’s about faithfulness to fun! I slip into my sassiest, comfiest activewear, hit play on my favorite playlist, and let my living room transform into a dance floor. One song turns into two… then three… and suddenly, I’m smiling, sweating, and remembering that life isn’t meant to be all bills and responsibilities. Adulting is overrated—so I shimmy, spin, and laugh my way back to joy. This is what 64 looks like in my world: music up, heart open, and feet that refuse to stop moving. Who’s ready to dance with me? by @sdfitbiz

Feeling beyond grateful to have spent the last 13 years as a fitness model on KUSI Good Morning San Diego alongside my beautiful queen, Cindy Whitmarsh—one of the best fitness experts in the city! Together, we’ve kept the San Diego community moving, grooving, and living vibrant, healthy lives. Motion is always lotion, and it’s been an honor to inspire our city to move to soothe.

Here’s to San Diego 2026—let’s keep the energy high and the good vibes rolling!
