Our GU12 & GU13 teams had a great mindfulness, mobility, and recovery class at YogaSix with Coach Yasmin! 🧘‍♀️⚽️

The girls learned about the importance of self-regulation, stress relief, mobility, recovery, and taking care of their bodies after all the hard work they put in on the field and in the classroom. taken in YogaSix by @sdforcefc

As we close out September and Alopecia Awareness Month, we want to take a moment to recognize and support those living with alopecia. 💙

Alopecia affects people in many different ways, and awareness starts with education. We encourage everyone in our Force community to take the time to learn more, ask questions, and help spread understanding.

We’re especially proud to support Kai, a member of our Force family and an outstanding player who continues to represent strength, confidence, and passion for the game. ⚽️💙

Let’s keep the conversation going beyond September. Learn more. Show support. Spread awareness.
