My dear friends,

I’ve been thinking about that strange, beautiful place we shared. The one that never quite felt real, even while we were living every moment of it.

I remember the dust settling on everything and me settling for the dust. The music carrying through the night where time didn’t exist, lost in the frequency, the art glowing against the darkness, and those sudden whiteouts that made the whole world disappear in a matter of seconds.

Most of all, I just know we meet there again someday, beneath the wide desert sky, with dust on our clothes and stories waiting to be made.

With love, SDOT

The seeker after truth should be humbler than the dust. The world crushes the dust under its feet, but the seeker after truth should so humble himself that even the dust could crush him #brc #burningman #blackrockcity #aboveandbelow #burningmanart taken in Burning Man by @sdot_ofc
