In 6 months, I will have circled around the sun 50 times. I need to be in the best shape possible by then for myself, for my wife and for my two boys. No supplements, just food. No gym, just a silly little bike and walking/hiking. After a kidney transplant, 2 knee reconstructions and severe depression I think I’m beginning to find some happiness. Thanks to my fam for always supporting me through it all! @_chantels_ @thefateofeli @_verlockend #oldmanshit #findhappinesswithinyourself #itaintovetyet #fuckdepression by @sdshooter
