MEET THE WEBER HONORS COLLEGE STUDENT SOCIETY EXECUTIVE BOARD🌟

Meet our President, Chloe Fogle, a senior child & family development major on the pre-med track from North Salem, New York. Her favorite part of the honors college is “the unique courses offered, allowing me to meet people outside my major and learn about topics I would never have encountered in my major!”

Meet our VP of Professional Development, Emily Mason, a senior international business major with an emphasis in Spanish and Western Europe, from Denver, Colorado. She says: “My favorite part of the Honors College has been the people I’ve met through it. I met some of my best friends while living in Zura and now I get to live with my freshman year roommates again this year!”

Meet our VP of Social Integration, Marisa Howes, a sophomore majoring in journalism with an advertising emphasis from Chetek, Wisconsin. Her favorite part of the honors college is “the opportunity it gave me to meet all of my best friends freshman year!”

Meet our VP of Philanthrophy, Layla Berens, a sophomore majoring in public administration from West Hills California. Her reason for joining the Honors College: “I wanted to find a way to not only push myself academically, but to join a tight knit community of people who were going through similar experiences”. She says that her favorite part has “absolutely been the people I have met. Some of my closest friends are those I met my first year in Zura! I’m so excited for this year and the great events we are planning for you guys! I can’t wait to meet all of the new honors students and create event greater memories!“

Meet our VP of Academic Success, Paige Mumma, a sophomore majoring in criminal justice from San Marcos, California. She says: “I decided to join the Weber Honors College because I wanted to be surrounded and inspired by people who were passionate about their academics but also open to learning more about diverse topics, such as our interdisciplinary courses. So far, my favorite part about the Weber Honors College has been the peers and advisors I have met who have helped me gain the most out of my SDSU experience!“
