Leg 3 is in the books. We spent all Sunday laughing and hanging out as a team, but the second we hit the water, the game face came on (and the jokes instantly stopped).

Huge congratulations to our Master’s category for bringing home the award! Major respect as well to our Women’s crew, their grit and sheer strength on the water were unreal. It was also awesome seeing our new members step up and get a real taste of what race day intensity actually feels like.

Shoutout to all our categories for refusing to go home early. We fought our way deep into the rounds, lining up against fellow paddlers who were just as hungry for the win as we were.

Honestly, no matter where I’m seated — whether it’s front, middle, or near the tail, my arms feel the exact same level of burning pressure. But the goal never changes: give everything to hit that finish line. At the end of the day, it’s always about the shared suffering, the camaraderie, and sharpening that winning mindset together.

Next up: Penang and Leg 4. Time to rest the shoulders and keep building. by @seahawks_ph

Feels so good to be back rowing with my favorite people—my Seahawks family!

After months away, I’m proud to be back—rowing with the Mixed Crew and celebrating a podium finish with our Masters Crew!

My heart will always belong to Seahawks. Thank you, coaches, for pushing us, building our spirit, and keeping our team bond strong.
