As a queer Filipino, I stand with Palestine, unequivocally. This is a genocide. There is no other option than to stop, to revolutionize. Since Nakba, Israel has oppressed Palestinians with the goal of continuing further into the Middle East. I have nothing but love for those out there who have been murdered, martyred, and those who are still surviving.

While this is a heavy subject, I believe as a part of humanity, as a part of nature, we have to hold some of that grief within us, and witness suffering. And despite that, we can also hold the joy and the love of the ones who have gone and are left. Empathy and love will prevail in the end.

My final spread in a sketchbook I’ve had since I started plein air painting, it was a really beautiful day and my first solo dive!! I swam w a seal and wrote about it on the back eek… I love the ocean so much and I feel kinda bittersweet about finishing my sketchbook especially bc there’s a two year gap in it. But I finished and I’m happy by @sealeonee

Tried going for a swim yesterday and got knocked silly by hurricane tides, oh well I love painting kelp anyway. Kelp forests are probably one of my favorite things on earth and I got to snorkel at this beach last week. There’s so many beautiful animals and plants under water, I wish I could live there

I made up a fake band four years ago and now I play bass in a real band based off the fake band… the lore goes fuckin nuts for our band but alas I finally made a T SHIRT DESIGN coming soon B)!!!!

Another painting??? Idk I’ve just been in the mood. Another birthday painting too…. This time for one of my dearest friends Juniper (Junebug to me). Was painting at a park during the homies birthday party!! Happy birthday Andrew B)! Also I completely forgot to take any pictures besides these and like two other ones at the party but it was so silly. Sometimes when I go to LA I forget that it’s a real real place and I also never get to see the Hollywood sign so woww by @sealeonee
