Lots of colours to choose from to mix and match the sets ☁️

This fabric has been perfect for Queensland humidity too 🫠🙌

Does it depend on the day?!

Making room for clothes that actually support me 🤍

Letting go of pieces that distract, irritate, or overwhelm my nervous system has been a quiet but powerful shift.

Getting dressed shouldn’t feel like a battle.
Comfort is allowed.

✨ Save this if you’re rebuilding your wardrobe around how clothes feel, not just how they look.
And tell me — what’s one sensory-friendly swap that made a difference for you?

Sensory-friendly doesn’t mean one-size-fits-all.
It means right-fit-for-you.

This comparison is based on my own sensory experience and how these socks feel on my body. Everyone’s nervous system is different — what’s calming for one person may feel distracting for another.

The goal isn’t to rank brands, but to help you notice what kind of sensory input you need.

Save this for later, or share it with someone who thinks they’re “just picky” about socks 🤍

Confession - I got overwhelmed shopping online so I took myself off to @kmartaus looking for some sensory friendly additions to my wardrobe…

✨Linen Pants - 8/10
✔️Elastic waist (huge win)
✔️Wide leg (space to move)
✔️Pockets and length both great
⚠️Fabric is on the rougher side - perfect for low sensory days, not my heightened rough

Sandals - 10/10
✔️So comfy
✔️Cushioned support
✔️Functional and cute

Ribbed Tshirt 9/10
✔️Very soft fabric
⚠️Arms bit tight
⚠️Length runs long
❌Tags (🫠)

Sensory friendly doesn’t need to mean all or nothing - it’s about know WHEN something works for YOUR body…

I need to know.. are you a Linen lover or Hater? ☁️

This is your sign to stop forcing outfits that don’t feel good.

If you’re constantly adjusting, tugging, itching, or counting down until you can take it off — it’s not you.

Clothes are meant to support you, not drain you.

Letting go of sensory nightmare pieces = making space for comfort.

I held onto so many “but maybe one day” clothes that were taking up closet space and mental space!

What’s the one item you’re finally ready to let go of? ☁️

Because when my clothes aren’t overstimulating me, I actually have the capacity to function.

If your productivity also depends on soft fabrics and a good brew — welcome, you’re in the right place 🤍

Slowly trying to create a sensory friendly wardrobe… because comfort is not a luxury ✨

Everyone’s talking about dopamine dressing - using clothes to feel good.

For sensory-sensitive nervous systems, it’s a little different.

Right now I’m don’t dress for a dopamine hit.
I’m dressing for regulation!

When my sensory needs are met, my body feels safe - and that’s when joy and focus can blossom 💖

I’m curious - what is your regulation outfit? Or are you still on the hunt!

@boody haul with me!

At laaaaaasssstttttt… I have some comfy bamboo staples in my sensory wardrobe!

I am guilty of wearing the same bra and singlets until there is no elasticity left in them…

I really couldn’t be happier with the Boody bras! Shoutout to the new low-back design 🙌
No wires, full support and ultra comfy.

My most favourite piece is not even in this haul though… I have not taken it off to photograph…it’s just too damn comfy. Promise I’ll show you soon ☁️

Soft fabrics, no tags, flat seams and a gentle fit support a calmer, regulated nervous system.

Comfort is not a luxury ☁️

And I’m on a mission to find the softest, comfiest clothes I can!
