I forced my workmates to do this with me so I could lay my eyeballs upon their art 😎👍 I also did this with my college friends back then and it's cool to see how my style (or lack thereof) has progressed. I think I've simplified my drawings a lot more now? Or I just got lazier, let's just say we're being efficient yass ✌️

Day 28-30/30 of #PleinAirpril hosted by @warriorpainters 🤸✨ Yipee!!!!!

By God's grace it's finished 🗣️ Went through several bouts of imposter syndrome hahaha, and yet I did enjoy drawing the plein airs and looking through mapcrunch and seeing so much art from other artists...

Since I've spent most of April drawing a l o t, I have to step back and rest for a while because I think my arm would pop out of its socket if I don't, and I just have to recalibrate,,,

Strayed from the usual 15-30 minutes and did a 2 hour one because I wanted to lock in,,,This week's pleinair would be in Norway in accordance to WiCA's pleinair challenge week 2!

I cry, there's so many cool spots in Norway, imagine living there...(if you are,,,God bless you dawg). by @seamorci

Shapes and shapes and rhythms and colors and values. 6 more days and I will crash out. Personally a bit tired, not of drawing but of matters pertaining to the general state of the world!!! Looking at landscapes beyond my reach also be making me a yearner, I yearn for the grass, the nature, the bogs!!! by @seamorci

I drew all day today, backgrounds and characters I can't really show yet... Got a bit carried away and lost track of time🧍I downloaded new brushes, but I still want to do traditional art with real brushes. So much stuff to do!! brain is a bit scattered. by @seamorci

My right arm hurts it feels like it wants to disconnect from my shoulder blades ☺️👍 Decided to be more graphic with my negative shapes and mostly use lasso tool, pretty fun way to approach it. I also watched a very kind looking old man paint his wife with oils and showed how to balance color temperatures. So I also focused on that here, of keeping my lit parts mostly warm and shaded ones mostly cool, hopefully I achieved that,,,🏃

YipeeEEEeeEee 8 more days!!! I want to compile all the pleinairs I did and make a little thing out of it, a zine mayhaps, or something, I dunno. by @seamorci

I was this close 🤏 to giving up drawing the fourth one but I didn't wanna chicken out. Still in Japan for this mapcrunch reference, pretty nice pretty cool.

Anyway, 21 digital plein airs!!! That's wild, praise God for the sustaining grace because d a w g I tell you, I don't have the patience in keeping up with art prompts, but this has been so fun because I'm getting inspired by all the other people who's also doing the challenge (community mahn, issa blessing) and backgrounds are just fun to experiment with.

Still so many things to learn and study!!! 24 hrs really not enough,,,🐛 by @seamorci

Hello I'm back with #PleinAirpril hosted by @warriorpainters !!

I missed 6 days because I've been busy with life and drawing other things, that's just how it is and that's okay. Forced myself to keep it 15-20 minutes tops, I can't keep pushing myself to do 1 hour ones even if I want to, but it's good - it forces me to plan ahead and be more intentional with my value and color. Got my references from mapcrunch and also joined women in concept art's discord challenge to do pleinairs from Japan. First one isn't from Japan though because I forgot to change the location.

Been so busy learning and drawing and drawing and learning!! It's been fun :^ D by @seamorci

I told myself I'd keep it limited to only 30 minutes per drawing so I could move on faster but... let's just say that I'm getting sucked by the process of pushing and pulling colors on the canvas and I'm enjoying it a bit too much??? But yeah, actually really fun 🐛

I didn't use my own pictures this time because the ones I do have are too complex to paint under 1 hour. These were drawn between 45-50 minutes. by @seamorci

I didn't do pleinairs this weekend because I got busy but I will catch up with the missed days! A picture of my niece when we went to Museo Pambata. Going back to a place I used to visit as a kid felt nice, but now that I'm older it felt almost melancholic to see the new stuff mingling with the old dusty ones, and how the library they had back then is now converted into a storage room. Nonetheless, It was fun seeing my pamangkin enjoy the same place I loved back then.

In terms of rendering this one though, it's a bit out of proportion, and I regret not making the red slide a lot saturated like the picture. by @seamorci

I can't believe I'm still going with this actually, I'm surprised with myself. Anyway, a picture I took back when I was in highschool at the rooftop of our building. I don't think we were allowed to be there, but when I went there with a friend I remembered there were a couple of dudes huddled up on the corner from a far, needless to say we skedaddled out of there not long after I took this photo which I did really like.
