Please, Do NOT try this with everyone 😅🫶🏽!
-Having a connection with your clients beyond the chair is 🔑!
Some clients are quiet 🤫, some are looking for a whole session 👩🏽‍🏫 & some may just wanna Sleep!! Whatever their preference make sure you’re aware of their feelings in that moment. You’re not just catering to their hair, you’re catering to their soul even if just for a moment💚🤎🖤✨

There are days that remind me why I chose this profession, and today was one of them. 🤍

Doing hair has given me so much more than income or the freedom to create my own schedule. It’s given me the privilege of building genuine connections with people from all walks of life.

Today’s client uses a wheelchair, and something as simple as getting their hair washed or styled takes extra time, patience, and care. But beauty should never have barriers.

What brings me the greatest joy isn’t just the finished style—it’s the JOY on their face for me!! Knowing that someone leaves feeling seen, valued, and beautiful because every client deserves that experience.

To me, being a cosmetologist isn’t just about hair. It’s about serving people with compassion, meeting them where they are, and reminding them that they are worthy of care, confidence, and kindness.

Beauty is for EVERYONE. And it’s an honor to play a small part in helping people see the beauty that’s already within them. 💚✨

New hair. New season. Same truth. 💇🏾‍♀️✨

To the person who has been through trauma, Isolation, disappointment, or a season of not recognizing yourself: please don’t forget that God still Desires & sees you as beautiful…. Or Handsome(fellas You Too!)
We may go through transitions, but we never lose the value He placed in us.
Healing isn’t always Easy, let alone Fun. Saying Goodbye is very real but overcoming with faith, strength, and grace is a testimony all by itself.
&& I already know how beautiful I was with my Locs, Today, I choose to embrace this side of my beauty & I hope you are encouraged to keep exploring yours
💚🤍
Because God doesn’t make mistakes—Only masterpieces🫶🏽✨
