Chasing scratch. Filming every step

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’m putting in the work, but there’s only so far practice can take me if my body can’t move the way the swing requires.

So this month, the focus shifts.

Mobility. Strength. Rotation. Movement.

I’m not just trying to build a better golf swing — I’m trying to build a body capable of getting to scratch.

And this is where I need your help.

Tag the best golf fitness, mobility or performance coaches you know below 👇

I want to learn from people who know how to build a body for golf and document the entire process.

October: build the body for scratch. ⛳️

When golf gives you lemons, make lemonade 🍋⛳️

Fucked the tee shot straight onto the ladies’ tee.

Recovered with a great iron.

Then missed a very gettable putt.

Golf. 😂 by @seananthonygolf

Progress over perfection. ⛳️

Putting has been one of the biggest areas I’ve been working on, and it’s finally starting to show.

Lag putting. Distance control. Better reads. More confidence.

Still plenty of work to do, but the hours on the practice green are starting to translate onto the course.

Not chasing perfect. Just trying to be a little better every time I pick up the putter.

Training is paying off. 📈

Patty O Masterclass ⛳️

No textbook technique. No overthinking. Just pure feel, questionable decisions and somehow getting the job done 😂

Another day chasing scratch, one putt at a time.

“Today’s gonna be a rough day…”

Proceeds to stick the first tee shot and drain one from the fringe for birdie. 😂⛳️

Golf really does enjoy fucking with your head.

Still struggling out of the bunker… nonetheless, we got out. 😂⛳️

Progress, not perfection.

“Everybody wants this.”

Me too. I just pictured the ball going somewhere else. 🏌️‍♂️➡️🌴

Golf is basically therapy. When you’re as bad at it as I am, there’s no room in your head for life’s problems. You’re too busy worrying about the next three-foot putt. ⛳️ taken in Australia by @seananthonygolf

SEAN VS THE BUNKER 🏌️‍♂️

Bunker: 5
Sean: 0

Took all the advice from the comments…

Open the club face ✅
Hit 3 inches behind it ✅
Commit to the shot… maybe not so much

So naturally, I bladed it. 😂

At this point the bunker has me by the balls.

Keep the advice coming though — surely one of you can get me out of this thing.

THE PATTY O SPECIAL ⛳️

“I call this one a Patty O.”

“Why?”

“Because it’s going in.”

Never in doubt. 😂

A little tribute to the best putter I regularly play with. @profitabledesigner

Second birdie ever. 🐦⛳️

Starting to think this golf thing might actually work out.

Only about 47,000 bad shots between the two birdies 😂

Business and golf have more in common than I expected.

Some shots are great. Some are terrible. Occasionally you have absolutely no fucking idea where the ball is going.

But the objective stays the same:

Learn from the last shot and put yourself in a better position for the next one.

You don’t build a business with one great decision.

You build it with thousands of reasonably good ones. ⛳️ taken in Australia by @seananthonygolf
