I nearly retired at 18…. ⚽️ @fisher_fc travelled away to Kings Lynn, I played like 4 mins… At the time was getting paid £50 a week 🫣🧐😝My head was gone!! On the other hand my lazy light skinned ponytail brother just didn’t like pre-season 😂…. Because he was partying all summer! Who you surround yourself with will either build you… or slowly break you.@seanscanz accumulated over 350 Championship appearances.That’s insane when you realise most academy players never even play one professional game.But the fall from grace?That part hurt him more than people realise.One of the biggest reasons he attributes it to wasn’t talent.It wasn’t work ethic.It was the people around him.Not bad people.Just people who couldn’t help him grow.People who kept him comfortable instead of pushing him forward.And this doesn’t just happen in football.It happens to fathers.Business owners.Men trying to change their lives.So ask yourself honestly…Who have you got around you?Do the people in your life help you grow…or help you stay the same?#Mindset #Fatherhood #MensHealth #Growth #leadership by @seanscanz

I had a conversation with my brother about our dad…I wanted to ask him things I’ve asked myself for years.About his relationship with him… because I knew it wasn’t the same as mine.And I learned a lot.We both admired him…But we saw different things.We both loved him…But we loved him differently.Same man… different experiences.It made me realise something…Every man needs his father.But not always for the same reasons.Some need belief.Some need direction.Some need discipline.Some just need to feel seen.And even when it’s the same father…what you take from him depends on what you needed at the time.#Fatherhood #MensMentalHealth #BeTheExample #BuiltForMore #Legacy by @seanscanz
