This past Saturday, landed 3rd place in Cat 2: 40 years old and up for HCDH Texas Championship Finale. Even though I haven’t been riding consistently as I want, I was very satisfied with my run. It was great to have my family there for that extra motivation. I had to make sure to send that last big double at the finish line for baby girl to see!
.
I’m going to use this summer to prepare myself to bump up to Cat 1 comfortably. Ready for the fall to get here! Big shouts to @hunterj_89 @kengarner74 @tiftongray and the rest of the @spidermountaintx crew for always putting on a great race.

Closing the hottest Texas week with some hero dirt. It was the best grip of the summer.
