EXCITING NEWS

After 17 Years in Asheville, NC, I am officially moving back to Ormond Beach, FL!

The decision long ago that was made to move to NC, was one of the hardest things I ever had to go through in my life. After the move, I was so out of place and didn't know the ways or culture in rural NC. Coming from NYC and FL, it was a huge change, much bigger than NYC to FL was for me. I missed my friends in FL and I struggled to make new ones.
Visiting a place is one thing, but the way of the life is very different in these 3 places. Needless to say I wasn't prepared for what was to come with relentless bullying just because of my NY accent and because I was from a different place.

This is not just me going for a couple of months down to work at Disney.

I am moving out of my house, changing my address and will be living with a family friend until I get on my feet!

Finding a job in WNC has been nothing short of insufferable. The job market here has hit me with relentless ghosting and lack of communication. The jobs I can get are taken in the speed of sound and some jobs just dont fit with my qualifications. The ones I have gotten are too customer service oriented, which is what I struggle with.

I've already had a bunches of leads in FL. First time in years. Regardless, its crazy I have to move states to get a job.

I am very excited for this next chapter in my life! I am scared, as anyone would be. I have wondered if moving into the hottest place in the US is smart considering how much I love the cold. But the familiarity of North/Central Florida is what is driving me back. Connections and knowing the community is a big part of this decision.

I will miss everyone in NC, but things are getting screwy here for me, so its time for me to move on! by @seanthemallon

A quick shout out to one of the most amazing friends I've ever had. @thebwill51298

Its no secret that Ive been really struggling in life lately. Trying to figure out my next steps in life has been excruciating and agonizing. Through it all, no matter how moody I am or how annoying I may be. This man right here never forgets to call or ask how I've been doing. I often take for granted how lucky I am to have such a great friend. From our trips to Miami, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and our cruise trip with my family, this dude always sticks by my side.

I have been severely ungrateful and havent shown how appreciative of his kindness in my life.

Thank you, Ben. For being one of the greatest friends a guy could ask for.
