#PaintedMountain is more than a project - it’s a reflection of what happens when vision, craftsmanship, and incredible trade partners come together at the highest level with an incredible plan and direction from our clients. From the layered terraces to the perfectly framed desert backdrop, every element was intentional. @seanthomasmedia This home represents the standard we hold ourselves to at AFT—pushing design, elevating execution, and delivering an experience our clients will never forget. Grateful for the team, the partners, and the opportunity to build something truly special.

This is what it’s all about. From dirt to framing, to steel, to glass, to the final details… this highlight reel captures the true complexity behind what we do every day @seanthomasmedia. These homes aren’t just built—they’re engineered, coordinated, and crafted with intention at every phase. It’s easy to celebrate the finished product… but the real story lives in the process. The problem-solving. The collaboration. The thousands of decisions that never get seen. This is our world. This is our standard.

Welcome to the Soul Over Show project. The name comes directly from what our clients wanted this home to represent: substance over spectacle.

Natural materials with character. Custom details over anything mass-produced. Local and domestic craftsmanship. Nothing overly trendy or designed for a moment: just materials, finishes, and details that feel authentic to the people who live here.

Behind the seemingly effortless aesthetic is an incredibly technical project. Every material, transition, proportion, and detail has been thoughtfully considered, with extensive coordination required to bring it all together.

The result is a home with soul, because every decision was made with the people living in it at the center.

The Grand Chateau is officially complete, and seeing every detail come together has been so special. ✨

The grey and white marble floors are finally revealed, bringing so much character and setting the tone for the European-inspired design throughout the home. In the kitchen, warm white oak cabinetry is paired with a stunning Cristallo waterfall island and full-height backsplash, creating the perfect balance of warmth and elegance.🤍

From the statement lighting throughout to the extensive use of natural limestone, every material was chosen to give this home a timeless, collected feel. The mix of marble, limestone, white oak, and warm finishes truly brought our vision for the Grand Chateau to life.

A beautiful ending to such a special Blake Anthony Homes project.

In 1970, Blake’s grandparents came here from Italy with one dream: to build homes.

Their first lumber package came from the Mans family. Nick Mans, third generation, was running the company then.

Fifty-six years later, Blake is the third generation of his family building homes across Southeast Michigan. Mans is on their fifth generation. They’re still working together.
Two families. Two businesses. Both shaped by the conviction that shelter is a responsibility - not a transaction.

Blake has built over 200 homes in this region. The trust behind every one of them runs deeper than any single project.

✨ The Timberidge Project is making incredible progress, and it’s exciting to see the exterior come to life.

With the stone skirt now wrapping the home, so much character and craftsmanship are beginning to shine through, giving a glimpse of the finished vision.

Now comes one of our favorite phases of the build the interior. This is where each selection, custom detail, and design element starts coming together to transform a house into a home. 🏡 🙌🏼 by @seanthomasmedia

The Dexter Project is coming together beautifully. ✨

Taj Quartz countertops now flow throughout the home, paired with warm wood cabinetry that brings so much character to each space.

The craftsmanship is what truly sets this home apart from the custom range hood to the beautifully detailed mudroom lockers, every finish has been thoughtfully designed.

And the showstopper? The massive covered porch overlooking peaceful meadow views. It’s the kind of space that invites you to slow down and stay awhile.

Built with intention, crafted to last. 🤍
