A very busy week for us with bookings for spring and summer and we have just seven available nights free over the next month. Two weekends and a midweek short break.

They are next weekend, 17-19 April, 22-24 April and 8-22 May. After that we have a full week or a five night midweek and a two night weekend between 17-24 May. Then there are two weekends and a short midweek available in June and one full week 7-14 July. And then the last two weeks of the school summer holidays are free.

Never been so booked up so quickly before so thanks to everyone who is coming and if you fancy some time at an amazing beach do DM us to inquire. Midweek nights start at £165 and weekends are from £550.

It’s getting to that time of year when it’s all about the beach.

The house is close enough to it to wander round in two minutes. You can get there without even leaving sand or grass.

The Eastern half is dog friendly all year round, that’s five minutes across a pretty field from Seashells.

The sand is so soft, the dunes so wild and romantic, it does you good just walk to the River Rother and back.

During April the house available between 17-23rd and 28 - 3rd May. Then 8-10th May and lots more availability beyond. We have just three full weeks left during the school summer holidays.

We’ve just had ten consecutive five star reviews on AirBnB but booking direct cuts out the AirBnB fee. So if you’d like to visit or just ask about lengths of stay etc do DM us.

Winter and Summer are fighting over spring, once Summer wins and the days stay long and warm and fresh all our dates will have gone.

Make sure you get to benefit from an amazing beach, romantic dunes and a nice house tucked just two minutes walk behind them.

90 minutes from London and it’s available this weekend. These Dunes three minutes walk down a sandy lane from Seashells. House sleeps five and studio sleeps another three for a slight surcharge. Be quick the beach walk is a genuinely quick way to relax and clear the mind:

This time next week you could be waking up a gentle two minute stroll down a sandy lane from this stunning scene. Just 90 minutes from London with good public transport links and a very easy drive direct to Ashford and then across Romney Marsh or through some stunning tree lined scenery across East Sussex.

Seashells sleeps upto five in the house and another three in the studio. So whether it’s some quiet time or a family celebration you need we are here. The sun is coming more frequently now and the fresh air and sound of the waves is a guaranteed respite from inner city, full time working, stressed out life.

This years availability at Seashells. As we head towards summer we only take longer bookings and the school summer holidays are a minimum 7 nights. If you’d like to book or have any questions do DM us.

There’s no maximum stay. The longest anyone took Seashells was three months, someone else stayed for three weeks, lots of people book two weeks.

There’s lots of availability throughout the last quarter of the year but Christmas and New Year have gone.

A full week ranges between £1000 and £1650 depending on when you want to stay. Weekends range between £495 and £575.

We naturally reduce the price for longer stays. The house sleeps five and there’s the option to also take the en-suite studio which sleeps another three. The studio is never let in its own right it’s just there for larger groups.

Seashells really is just a couple of minutes walk down a sandy lane to the beach and we are behind the part of the beach which is dog friendly throughout the whole year. Camber is incredibly expensive to park in during the summer but we have three private parking spaces in front of the property.

Spring is here at Camber which means there are days when the sun is bold and warm in the sky and Rye Bay is as still as soup and there are days when the characterful south westerly winds whip sand across your ankles and you very much need a big coat. Whilst the weather is unsure whether to be kind or challenging you at least can make firm decisions about where you spend your weekends and midweek breaks.

20 minutes walking by the sea is extremely good for the mind, body and soul, so if you need a genuine break between the big skies and bright sand listening to the clomp of waves on the beach we can help.

Whatever the weather Seashells is built to accommodate you and your friends and family. We are just two minutes from the beach in a tiny sandy cul de sac with no through traffic and a large safe enclosed garden. Which is great for both young kids and dogs.

The house has two bedrooms that sleeps five and we have a self contained en-suite studio that also allows for three more people on a double and a sofa bed.

So whether you want a romantic weekend away for two or a larger fun friends or family group to get away with we are here.

Parking is a premium in Camber but we have three spaces right outside the house and if you want to come by public transport Rye station is just a ten minute taxi or bus ride away. You can get to Rye via the fast train to Ashford from St Pancras.

We are highly rated Superhosts on AirBnB with a lovely run of 5* reviews from happy returning guests but you can also book directly by DMing us here for rates and dates.

Rye Bay is a magical place with fantastic long beaches, and the historic photogenic town of Rye and the atmospheric Dungeness are both close by.

We let full weeks during the summer but have space for shorter stays over the next three months. If you’re interested this is the availability coming up.

Good morning good followers and welcome to this week’s sermon.
We have availability throughout the end of winter and into the start of spring! From two night weekends to multiple week long stays. Do drop us a line if you need somewhere to get away, fancy a romantic weekend or just some solitude.
Seashells sleeps five in the house and a further three in the Boat House studio.

Seashells is a ten minute drive, bus or cab from Rye, and a couple of minutes walk to the beaches. Rye is easily reached by train from St Pancras International, East Sussex, Kent. The house is dog friendly with a large enclosed garden.

Between the house and the studio there are two shower rooms, two double beds, two bunk beds, a single and a sofa bed.

Two wood burning stoves and loads of parking.
