i have exciting news coming soon that i needed a new statement for. when i first started with biographies and artist statements i was taught in a very specific and programmed way. but as an individual who we all know is not too incredible at following direction, i started rewriting this one from the version of me who is back in her full fledged poet era. i think she fits with who i am and what i’m making. taken in Detroit, Michigan by @seastatic
