Hokkaido milk is known for its creamy, smooth flavor. @indigo_cow is the first ice cream shop in America to make soft serve with milk from Hokkaido and it’s right here in Wallingford! We have so many great ice cream shops options up here but you should definitely add @indigo_cow to that list! There’s always a line but it goes fast! by @seattlefood

Best part about summer in Seattle are the beautiful outdoor food options! @Stella.Seattle is such a summer vibe! Right in the city but you feel transported into a coastal Italian oasis. Fun spot for drinks or date night! by @seattlefood

We hit up the Bourbon & BBQ pop up at @hearthkirkland at the @heathmanhotel! We had so much fun trying out the new menu paired with special @woodinvillewhiskeyco cocktails! The pop up will be every Friday & Saturday until August on the patio. Definite summer vibes!
Faves: Brisket, Uli Sausage, Deviled Eggs w/ smoked roe, Baharat Spiced Grilled Corn by @seattlefood

@fogo in Lynnwood is now open! (Right next to Dave and Buster’s at Alderwood Mall) Fogo de Chāo is a full Churrasco experience with continual service of fire-roasted meats carved tableside by Brazilian-trained gaucho chefs. This experience includes the market table full of delicious sides such as salads, assorted cheese, cured meats, smoked salmon and more. Had a great time last night at @sugohandrollbar media preview night! Along with tasting delicious hand rolls, we got to preview bites from it’s connected Japanese street food bar, Shio, opening this weekend. Great spot to grab a quick bite and drinks before or after your reservation at Sugo!
Our faves were the Kaki-Kyabia (panko fried oyster w/ caviar), Baku-Dan (Inari w/ sukiyaki steak & mushroom) & all the hand rolls! Check them out and let us know your faves! taken in Sugo Hand Roll Bar by @seattlefood

Looking for the perfect date night idea? STK made it super easy for us to have the perfect night out. Their date night menu has a little bit for everyone and took the stress away from ordering. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibes and our drinks! They also have a great happy hour menu!
The Date Night menu is available Sunday - Thursday. $69 per person.
Happy Hour is Monday - Friday 3:00-6:30pm.

Checked out the new @baekjeongkbbq at Alderwood Mall! Last we’ve been to Baekjeong was in NYC so it was exciting to finally see them open up their first WA location! Baekjeong is known for their high quality meats and servers doing the cooking for you so your meats are cooked perfectly!
We ordered the Hoding’s Favorite Combo, a great combo if it’s your first time there and want to try a bit of everything. You get beef brisket, boneless short rib, pork belly and marinated pork steak. You also get a choice of soybean or kimchi stew. Unlimited banchan (sides), of course, + the cheese corn and egg river! We did add the beef tartare which we loved!

Looking for an AYCE hot pot spot? @no.9alleyhotpot in Shoreline is like a hidden gem in North Seattle! $28.99 pp for AYCE or order a la carte!
They have lots of broth options! We ordered so many items from fatty beef, seafood platter, calamari, mushrooms, tofu and hand cut noodles. We loved their Chinese donuts! Don’t forget to add the unlimited sauce bar to your order!

Look what just opened up at Southcenter Mall! @somisomiicecream has locations all over the west coast and finally opened one up in Seattle!
This is the upside down ahboong (taiyaki + soft serve)- matcha and ube swirl with Oreo crumbs and matcha powder. We also added Nutella filling inside our taiyaki. 😋
