Our next Seattle Frontrunners track practice will take place on Tuesday, September 29 @ 7:00pm at the north side of the ROOSEVELT HIGH SCHOOL TRACK (just across the street from the Light Rail station).

This week, we’ll be working on improving our pacing predictions by playing the game of Trackurracy again. We'll explain the actual rules in detail in person and participation will, of course, be optional.
