Happy Saturday, community. The temperatures are dropping and so are our new donation drives! We are gathering winter clothing for farmworkers throughout this fall across King County. The communities who feed us deserve safety. Many farmworkers (including youth) are working in fields and unheated warehouses despite cold temperatures, wind, rain, and even snow. Please scroll for requested donation asks and drop off locations and dates (all donations received before October 25th shall go to families impacted by fires in Spokane Valley). Hey friends! It’s Wednesday Sit and Stitch time - and we’re meeting in the park again because, well, it’s summer, so why not?

Come join us at Hiawatha Park (right across from the shop), on the grass behind the Community Center. Bring a chair or blanket, and whatever else you want (drinks, snacks, etc).

We’ll post this sign on our door too, for anyone who hasn’t heard. It’s an easy spot to find - one of the joys of being across the street from a park!
