Hey Seb’s beautiful friend family. This is Sebastian’s Dad. Just like you we are grieving. I wanted to share a quick message while I have a moment of divine anesthesia. Seb loves you. We love you. Your messages, stories, thoughts and prayers are beautiful and our family are deeply touched by your outpouring of love. Once we have details of when we are going to celebrate Seb’s life we will share and we would be so grateful if you could join us for his Memorial Service. by @seb.fivaz

Hi Seb’s beautiful friend family, we have some very tough messages to share. We love you all and still need your prayers. Today we lost a beautiful soul from Earth to Heaven. Please keep us and each other in your hearts and prayer. At 19.23 Friday 7th July our world fell apart.
My beautiful baby boy Sebastian went to be with God. I know he is up there playing soccer with Jesus and his grandfather is watching with a big smile. Look after my boy daddy.
Thank you everyone for your prayers and messages.
We will provide more information when we have it. We are devastated, numb and still very much in disbelief. We already know of many little miracles that came out of our earth shattering loss over the past 3 days. Sebastian was born on 0504 and left this Earth today from room 405. This morning I walked outside the hospital to pray. After a while, I asked Jesus if Sebastian was with him already. I closed my eyes and sat quietly. Then suddenly I saw a vision of smiling Seb, with that big beautiful big hearted smile. He looked straight at me and said something only Seb would say. “Dad yes I am here with Jesus. And Dad, Jesus is a Baller!”. Seb I know how important and how close you are to your Father in Heaven. I loved being your Dad and will give you the biggest hug when I see you again. You are always in our hearts. My heart is hurting with the deepest pain. Love you Seb! You were and are our greatest Blessing. by @seb.fivaz
