Castle in the Clouds!!

Castell Dolbadarn (Dolbadarn Castle) is a 13th-century medieval fortification built by Llywelyn the Great (Llywelyn ap Iorwerth) in Llanberis, Eryri (Snowdonia), North Wales.

Enjoyable Walk upto Castle Dolbadarn,Exploring the grounds and wonderful views over Llyn Padarn!

Located,Llyn Padarn at the base of the Llanberis Pass (LL55 4TY / LL55 4UB

Main Feature: Features a 50-foot (15.2 m) high round stone tower keep—considered one of the finest surviving examples of a Welsh round tower—along with unmortared slate curtain walls.

Llanberis So Charming!

This small Town has a lot to Offer,We have passed through many a time,But decided to take to exploring it a lot more,
Started with Ceunant Mawr,Lovely relaxing walk up to the Waterfall,Wow STUNNING!! Probably one of the best I’ve seen in my opinion.

Lunch stop we went to @becwsmelynbar Such a wonderful spot for lunch,Very Dog Friendly
Seb Had a PupCup with two Doggie biscuits!
He was very pleased!

Enjoyable Walks to Dolbadarn Castle
Occupying a lofty, lonely spot overlooking the waters of Llyn Padarn, native-built Castell Dolbadarn was once a vital link in the defences of the ancient kingdom of Gwynedd. Most likely constructed by Llywelyn ap Iorwerth (Llywelyn the Great) in the late 12th or early 13th century, it stood watch over the strategic route inland from Caernarfon to the upper Conwy Valley.

Thursday Throwback

Yup yup ok I know hoomum has hit that slump and not posted for god knows how long,
Well Furfriends hope we still have the doggie dog friendships?
Here’s a cool trip from early July up in the Yorkshire dales,We visited Ingleborough Caves,

Visitors say this cave offers a spectacular experience with stunning formations, well-maintained paths, and a self-guided tour with informative sheets. They also highlight the beautiful, shaded walk to the cave, the dog-friendly policy, and the availability of hard hats. Guests mention the friendly and helpful staff, the delicious and reasonably priced food at the Old Saw Mill Cafe, and the convenient cafe at the cave entrance.

Would highly recommend with your furry friend in Tow,But I was being a scaried Cat 🤣🐶🫣

It’s all about the Cake!!!

The story Goes We are in lockdown,grieving the loss of Alfie&Poppy
Jess the hoosis,friend spaniel just had a litter of Pups,Hoomum was like Cruella PUPPIES she cry’s!!
Off we go to see them,Immediately Hoomum loves me and the rest is History!!
