Today marks a new era—and some of you might unfollow me for it.

I’m choosing to be more vocal about the things that matter most to me: my business, fitness, and personal development.

I want to use this space to make an impact, even if it’s through one helpful photography tip, a reminder to believe in yourself, or a little fitness motivation.

Here’s to growth, showing up authentically, and becoming the best version of ourselves. taken in Florida by @sebas4u_

“Reminder to take your time”

If you’ve ever travel to another country there’s more differences to notice than just the culture, the food, and people. Time moves different everything in 🇺🇸 quick, for example: drive thru for fast food.

In 🇨🇴 (in some cases) the food comes out so slow you remember to have a GOOD TIME. But life doesn’t have to happen right away, yes it’s not a perfect place but there’s a reason people live longer, happier, and over all have justa better quality of life in 🇨🇴 taken in Colombia by @sebas4u_
