✨ Even in the darkest places, there’s always light ✨

October 2025 - So grateful to have taken part in @bucharest.street.art.festival that aimed to bring art where it’s rarely seen — transforming traditional spaces into open-air galleries full of life and colours 🌈

For this piece, I painted an angel, immersed in a dark atmosphere and holding a levitating, radiant light — a reminder that even in the darkest times, there’s always a solution. It’s a symbol of hope and resilience.

Beyond the mural itself, this experience was truly special thanks to the people I met along the way 🙏

A huge thank you to the festival team, the wall owner, and all the neighbors for their generosity, kindness, and open hearts. You turned this project into something far deeper than paint on a wall 🩷💙🪽

And a very special thanks to @michavonvau for your great work and capturing every moment of this experience with sensitivity and precision 📸✨🙏

This piece started from a simple moment — a photo I took of a photographer @michavonvau who’s been documenting my work for a while.

I wanted to turn that into something more, as a way to say thank you for his support over time.

From the first sketch to the final wall, this was about translating a real person into a large-scale piece — something personal, but also meant to exist in public space.

“Merci Micha” says it all.

If you’re looking to bring something meaningful and unique into a space, I’m always open to new mural projects.

RIEN DE PERDU
Group show at Kaffeemitte Berlin
September to November 2026

Three French artists, all three living and working in Berlin. What connects their work is a tradition that has been part of modern art for more than a century: the objet trouvé.

The idea: using found objects as a starting point for art. Marcel Duchamp declared a bicycle wheel and a urinal to be art. The Surrealists around André Breton gave the idea its name. Later, Jacques Villeglé tore posters off the walls of Paris and hung them in galleries. The principle is simple — and in times of upcycling and the urgent need to protect our resources, more timely than ever: the material exists as something found — and the artist gives it a new purpose.

✦ Lucille Guder — „Feelings“
Lucille uses gift wrapping paper with floral motifs, a recurring element in her work, combined with dried flowers from France. For Kaffeemitte, she transforms part of the space into a large-scale installation.

✦ Seboh Creation — „Freedom“, „Mirror“, „To Trust in Life“
Small, precise, colourful drawings with roots in graffiti by street artist Seboh. For his current series, he paints on old cardboard, allowing the traces and imperfections of the material to become part of the work.

✦ Jean Peut-être — „Rien de Perdu“, „Le Fruit de la Patience“, „Grain d’Amour“
Jean collects old forms, papers and documents and prints his words and phrases onto them — often giving old GDR documents a new life. His works can also be found in the streets of Berlin. We’re showing a selection at Kaffeemitte.

A little piece of mine, painted on recycled cardboard, is now part of Objet trouvé, a group exhibition at @kaffeemitte in Berlin, alongside two other artists.

The exhibition brings together works exploring the idea of the found object — and all the pieces I’m showing are painted on recycled cardboard, a raw and ordinary material that I love for the contrast it creates with vivid colours ♻️

There are several other works of mine to discover in the exhibition, so if you’re in Berlin, come by, grab a coffee, and take a look. ☕️

Four artworks, created on the road — mostly on trains and planes, with the little art supplies I had packed with me. ✈️🚆

These pieces are all gifts for people we met and who welcomed us during our stay in the United States. For me, creating is also a way of saying thank you — a small, personal gesture of gratitude.

The first one is a tribute to @travisbarker 🥁made especially for my brother, a lifelong @blink182 fan 🎸

The other three form a small series of female portraits wearing cowboy hats 🤠 — inspired by things I don’t usually draw as a European artist, and by the atmosphere, culture and landscapes we discovered along the way 🏜️

Spontaneous drawings, made between two destinations, with very little material but a lot of inspiration.

A huge thank you to my brother @nicolas.nayener for making this journey possible and for giving us the chance to discover this incredible country and its culture. We love you ❤️🫶

Thank you to all the warm, generous and welcoming people we met along the way. ❤️

These are my little souvenirs from the road — and my way of giving something back.

I have so much to tell you… I wish it could all fit into one Instagram caption, but it never will.

Telling you how much I love you was one of the most meaningful parts of these vacations.

I will never be able to thank you enough for simply being who you are. You’re my everyday inspiration, and such a big part of the reason I want to become the person I’m becoming.

God knows how long the road ahead of me still is. Yet somehow, you see through all my imperfections. You keep encouraging me, believing in me, loving me, and giving me the strength to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

I left our country 7 years and 28 days ago. Not a single day has passed without carrying you in my heart.

I hope I make you proud of the life I’m building so far away, because I couldn’t be prouder to call you my family. I look up to you when days are hard, I think of you when life is great..

I love you more than I probably know how to say.
And I miss you already.

Big Trunk Energy ✨🌲 Sequoiadendron giganteum.

On our way from the Grand Canyon to San Francisco, we stopped at the incredible Sequoia National Park, where we got to say hi to a very old friend: General Sherman: first pic. 🌲 The largest living single-stem tree on Earth by volume, with roughly 1,500 cubic meters of trunk. 31 meters circumference at the base, and somewhere between 2,200 and 2,700 years old… meaning this giant had already been standing here for well over a thousand years before Colombus, Jacques Cartier and Lafayette reached the Americas.

One of the coolest things I learned is how important fire is to these Giants. It may sound paradoxical, but fire helps giant sequoias reproduce by opening their cones, clearing the forest floor, and creating the conditions their seedlings need to grow.. crazy isnt it?

What an incredible honor to walk among these old folks. They’re definitely alive, you can feel it. There’s something about the energy of these lands that’s hard to describe, surrounded by these giants and all their smaller friends: chipmunks, deer, bears, and thousands of other species. 🌲🐻

The best part of the hike was getting to experience it with Seb, Papa et Maman. ❤️☺️🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

While in the West… 🏜️

A few shots with my favorite people on this planet. Life has been a roller coaster of emotions lately, and somehow that makes moments like these mean even more. What a blessing to experience some of the most beautiful places in this world with you. Grand Canyon, the Nevada Desert, Sequoia Park, Yosemite, the west coast..

I look up to you more than you probably realize. You inspire me, ground me, and remind me of the person I want to keep becoming.

Out of everything these landscapes have made me appreciate, perhaps the greatest thing is simply how lucky I am to have you by my side, there’s something so calm and peaceful about it, je vous aime, merci. ❤️

An unexpected encounter..🧸
While walking among the giant sequoias, my brother spotted a moving shadow deep in the forest. It was a mama black bear and her little kid. 🐻🧸
What a majestic presence and energy she had. Calm, strong, protective. What a moment. A dream came true.

The little one was so funny. When he spotted us, he wasn’t quite sure what to make of us, so he simply stayed close to his mom, and from time to time giving us the funniest side eye as you see on the pictures.

We did our best not to disturb the wildlife, and I took these pictures from afar with a 300mm lens.

You can see a tag on Mama’s ear. Wildlife staff use these tags to identify and monitor individual bears and better understand the bears living in the park.

Truly honored to have crossed paths with you, Mama and Little Bear. Your eartag reads “E23”, but I will call you “Mama”. Till next time Mama. May your lives be filled with honey, pine cones, long naps, and many more adventures in these beautiful forests. 🧸❤️
