Good weekend at @euro_slidewars

I managed to get Top Qualifier and finished the battles in second place 🥈🥈

Congrats to my great friends @rd_simengulbrandsen and @nicola_spin for🥇and🥉. MC3 1-2-3 and RDX based chassis throughout the top8!

I feel a little bittersweet, personally felt I did enough to win the final but I didn’t this time.

A podium is a podium at the end of the day and it’s even better to share it with great friends. The European drift community really came together this weekend and I certainly had an amazing time with all of you, especially @geoffreybaulmont with his laughter and cheering😂

GT86 version 3.0 complete✅

What started life as a 50€ eBay find has now entered another stage in its life.

It might be very battered and bruised, but now it’s been revived as a purple minion, with a nod back to my old world championship bodies on the roof.

Painted on the outside in Tamiya PS10.

Bittersweet last day at MDS, sadly my home track here in the UK closed yesterday, but I had a great time driving with friends old and new. MDS has been great to me, made me feel welcome in the UK drift scene and helped me raise my game.

Shoutout to @dan_r_rc for all the laps we have done together at this track, always a pleasure to drive together, as can be seen in the video.

I will have to travel a bit further now to drift but that won’t stop me😅 looking forward to visit the tracks here that I haven’t been to yet!

Sebastian Thorley is your 2026 Spring Major Champion.

What an unforgettable weekend at Model World LIVE. Saturday saw the lower 32 drivers go head-to-head, battling for the final four spots in Sunday’s Top 16 bracket.

Sunday delivered a full Top 16 double-elimination showdown, featuring some of the best drivers from around the world. After an intense day of battles, one driver stood above the rest - huge congratulations to Sebastian Thorley on an incredible performance.

Spin to win😅🥇

Back to winning ways at the @rcdrift.io Spring Major!

What started as a very difficult day turned into one of my sweetest victories yet!

First battle with @hayato_reved was a bit of a disaster with me spinning out, but I was able to fight my way back through the lower bracket. I had to face @drifttricksrc @harold_racing @timmywoo318 @rc_dcampbell and @papas.310 to be able to get to the top 3. All of these battles were great fun, and really difficult to win, but luck was on my side today.

I managed to beat @maksim88rc and then faced @hayato_reved again in the final. I managed to fix my errors from earlier and beat him twice to take the win due to the double elimination format.
