5 Things We've Learned Doing Pop-ups🍷🛍 What have you learned about yourself or your brand doing popups or events? Let us know below 📣📣📣📣📣📣 ✨️ The Importance of Presentation: First impressions matter, and we've discovered that a beautiful setup can draw people in.😊 From setting up eye-catching displays to coming up with unique serving ideas, thinking outside the box has been essential to capturing the attention of our customers. 👀 🎉🍷🧡 ✨️Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Working as a mother-daughter team has taught us the importance of effective communication and collaboration. 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾🫶🏾 By leveraging each other's strengths, we support each other through challenges and cheer each other on. 🙌🏾👑 ✨️Customer Experience is Everything: Our interactions with our Second Fam at pop-up events have shown us how important it is to provide a memorable experience. 🧡🍷 From offering personalized recommendations to going the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction, prioritizing the customer journey has been vital in building our amazing following. 👏🏽👏🏽🥰😍 ✨️Adaptability is Crucial: The ever-changing nature of pop-up events over the years has taught us to be adaptable and flexible. Popups can be unpredictable, whether adjusting our set-up based on the venue, differing crowd sizes, or unexpected challenges. 💢😤 Adapting to these situations with a smile has made us stronger and more resilient. We've learned to always have a backup plan (and a backup to the backup plan!).💪🏽🔌✍️🏽 ✨️The Power of Personal Connection: One of the most beautiful aspects of selling Sangria at popups is the chance to connect with our community on a personal level.🥰🥰 We've met so many wonderful people who have become part of our Second Fam🍷 Sharing our story, hearing yours, and creating memories together have been the most rewarding part of this journey. It's taught us that business isn't just about transactions; it's about relationships.🫂🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 #popupshopvendors #smallbusinesscommunity #secondsaturdaycatering #familybusiness #masonjardrinks #SangriaSeason by @secondsaturdaycatering
