With Cowboys Nightclub closing, a few people have asked if Second Son is closing too. The answer is no. We’re open and ready for what’s next.

We want to thank the Cowboys team for being great neighbours and partners over the years. We wish them all the best in their next chapter.

There’s plenty ahead for this corner of Calgary, including the future of Cowboys Casino, a new arena taking shape nearby and one final hockey season at the Dome.

Second Son will be here for all of it, serving Hong Kong-inspired food, cold drinks and late-night favourites.

Some things are too good to stay a secret. Our crispy-skin Siu Yuk, slow-roasted until the skin shatters and the meat stays impossibly tender, just became a permanent fixture on the menu.
