I don’t usually post about running here, but I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just launched @secondwind.run online coaching for runners. As some of you know, running ultramarathons has become a second passion for me. I recently finished my coaching certification and am excited to help others work toward their own running goals.

One of my athletes just finished their first trail half-marathon last week, and it’s been amazing to support them along the way! Whether you’re thinking about your first 5K or aiming to PR in a 50 miler, I’d love to help.
