A nontraditional take on my “bridal era” by celebrating my forever “wifey era” one year later... bc there are no rules!!🤭

🍒Day 3 of 4 for my Cherry On Top birthday festivities🍒

One of the reasons we chose not to have a bridal party was because my bestie entered the military just a few months before our wedding. It just wouldn’t have felt right w/o her by my side for all the shenanigans!! It was a no brainer to bring this energy back for 24 hours while she was visiting!! :,)

We had the best time and I can’t thank @therealshanella enough for creating such a welcoming and fun space to learn something new while enjoying each other’s company. The girls came out their shells for Mrs. Washington and put on a SHOW okay?!😂 this isn’t even half of it!!

If you’ve been wanting to take a pole class with ya friens... I hope this is your sign!!✨✨✨

Girl, you know how sometimes you don’t even realize how much you’ve been carrying until you finally get a moment to yourself?

That’s why I created The Liberation Lab.

We move a little. We breathe. We reflect. We laugh. We connect with other women. And nobody has to have it all figured out.

There’s no choreography to learn and nothing to prove. You get to show up exactly as you are.

We’re getting together November 14 in Atlanta, and I’d love for you to be there. 🤎

Tickets are $147, and Secret Garden members get 25% off with code SGP25.

Come experience it for yourself. Link in bio. by @secretgardenpole

Atlanta ladies, when was the last time you had an evening where nobody needed anything from you?

I’m talking about getting dressed, showing up, moving your body, laughing, eating some good food, and just enjoying yourself.

That’s what we’re creating at The Liberation Lab on November 14. A little room to put it all down and come back to YOU. 🤎

And we’re bringing this experience to life in collaboration with The Secret Garden!

🌿 Secret Garden members, you’ve got 25% off with code SGP25.

📍 Atlanta | November 14 | 6:30–9 PM
🎟️ $147 ($110.25 for Secret Garden members)

Come hang with us. Link in bio. by @secretgardenpole

I told y’all my final ATL offering of the year was going to be a special one.

SPINGASM 🌀
Where technique becomes sensation.
I’ve spent the last two years developing this spin technique + theory intensive around the details that have shaped my own practice: sustained rotation, clean mechanics, control, and learning how to surrender to the spin without losing your relationship to it.

On Saturday, November 14, I’m bringing the first iteration to Atlanta at @secretgardenpole

✦ FOREPLAY · BEG / ADV BEG · 11:30 AM–1 PM

✦ AFTERGLOW · INT / ADV · 3–5 PM

Before you book, assess your spin practice, not your aerial level.
Your relationship to rotation is its own practice. Swipe to slide 5, sit honestly with where yours is right now, and choose the room that gives you the most space to grow.
If you’re unsure, start with Foreplay. A stronger foundation is never wasted.

Spots are intentionally limited so I have the space to give each person real attention and preserve the depth of the experience.

Registration is open at luxecoleman.com/spingasm 🌀
