You might be wondering why I'm doing this, so here goes.

First of all, I want to get one thing straight, No, I do not have breast cancer and I never have. Also, No, I do not know anyone who has. But here is the thing; why do I need to experience it before doing something about it?

⬇️⬇️⬇️ Straight Talking Honesty ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Now unfortunately, I cannot outright come out and say I'm donating a portion of sales of a product to charity (or even 100%) because it is actually classed as commercial activity, which is a type of marketing that is covered by legislation and HMRC. As a part of this, I would be legally required to set up a contract, and there would need to be separate monitoring and recording of sales and other figures for both the charity and business. Because this creates a large amount of administration, the charity have a minimum donation amount of £5,000, which I do not have. So unfortunately, I'm having to work around these, but still do my part to do the right thing.

So here's me saying what I cannot say 😉🤐. Order now via the website. by @secretshimmers

There’s just a different kind of joy that comes from shopping local 🛍️✨

Finding something a little different, knowing there’s a real person behind what you’re buying, and knowing your purchase is helping a small business keep doing what they love… it’s a shopping hit that the big chains just can’t quite match! 💛

That’s exactly why places like Thistle & Willow in Stevenage Old Town are so special — a gorgeous little treasure trove filled with products from independent makers, creatives and small businesses. 🎨🎁

So next time you fancy treating yourself, buying a gift or just having a browse… shop small, shop local and discover something you won’t find everywhere else. 🥰
