Tennant Creek Major Project ☀️🏉

Block 3 is a highlight for many in our Collingwood Magpies Sport & Business Program, with students getting the opportunity to bring their major projects to life.

Recently, a group travelled to the Northern Territory to deliver their project across the Barkly region, running eight AFL clinics across Tennant Creek, Elliott and Newcastle Waters, as well as Superkick sessions and a community BBQ.

A great example of students putting their skills into practice and gaining real experience along the way. 🖤🤍

🏐💙 A meaningful project for our Netball Victoria Sport & Business Program students.

Four students have been working alongside Netball Victoria and the Victorian Special Olympics netball team, developing a project to build awareness and community support ahead of the Special Olympics Australian National Games in Melbourne, 19–23 October.

For student Amey, the project has a personal connection. After being selected as a training partner for the Marie Little Shield team, she now has the opportunity to play alongside the team at the Special Olympics.

It’s been an incredible opportunity for the students to put their Sport & Business skills into action while supporting the team on their journey to the Games.

Collingwood x Seattle Seahawks!

Six of our Collingwood Magpies Sport & Business Program students had the opportunity to be part of the launch of the new partnership between the two clubs.

From assisting with the first-ever flag football clinic to connecting with NFL Academy prospects, our students gained hands-on experience as two sporting worlds came together. 🏈

And getting up close with the Vince Lombardi Trophy was certainly a highlight! 🏆

From Perth to Okinawa! ✈️🏀

What an incredible experience for our Perth Wildcats Sport & Business Program students Nicholas Grieve, Sean Demalata and Hamish Murray.

The students travelled to Japan with the Perth Wildcats, getting behind the scenes and supporting the team during their games against the Ryukyu Golden Kings and Chiba Jets.

An incredible opportunity to experience professional sport on an international stage and gain real-world insight into the sports industry. 🌏
