A perfect way to dip your toes into illusion knitting (or shadow knitting). This striped bandana is not only super cute with contrasting stripes, but also includes the magical ability to say NO if you look at it from an angle.

🍩Size: one size - Finished bandana is approximately 70 cm/ 27.5 inch long and 27 cm / 10.5 inches at widest point
🧎‍♀️Yarn: 2 x contrasting colours in DK weight approximately 50 g each
🐧Needles: 3 mm needles
🛵Gauge: 23 stitches x 45 rows = 10cm x 10cm in garter stitch (note the actual bandana will be a looser than this). The gauge doesn’t have to be exact for this project, so don’t worry if you are a little bit off.

It's summer but that doesn't mean you have to put down your knitting needles! I've gathered the absolute best summer knitting patterns for sitting in the park, having beers in the sunshine or puttering around the garden.

As always, there is a mix of paid and FREE knitting patterns and YES I have included the Pressed Flowers Kerchief in another list (I can't help that it's perfect).

Second time's a charm!

Sick of your skinny jeans? May I humbly recommend adding crochet panels and turning them into flared jeans?

You may have seen the previous version I made with flowers that was ugly as hell, so I'm so happy this worked out otherwise i would have screamed.

So i decided ladybugs were the answer so now i have these ittle guys 🐞

I have a little bit of decision paralysis with what to make next! I'm playing with how to use mohair but not sure which one I like best.

Originally it was going to be a brown wool+ mohair sweater, but I like it more with the black cotton I think? And not sure if the basket weave stitch does the mohair justice.

The cable blue is a very specific project im working on but i fear cable may be the death of me so I'm guessing this will be done in about 5 years time.

Would love to know your thoughts!

Progress on my mohair top! It's only month 4 siince i started

The sleeves have been my enemy but after 4 tries it's finally the right length!

Pattern is self drafted with some waist shaping.
