Seeds for Success Network Limited 🌱

This year, I took a bold leap of faith and launched my own therapy service, Seeds for Success Network Limited. After 8 years of serving in the NHS Talking Therapies, I realised there was more I could do to add value to people’s lives. My vision is to make CBT more culturally appropriate and more spiritually relevant for Christians, while helping people transform their mindset for greatness.

💡 At Seeds for Success, we provide:
• Therapy: 1:1 CBT, Couples Therapy, Pre-Marital Therapy
• Transformational Coaching: Personal development, growth mindset, confidence building, goal setting
• Events & Training: Lectures, workshops, bespoke training, conference hosting, guest speaking
• Clinical Support: Supervision for CBT therapists and trainees.

Starting this journey has been both exciting and challenging, it’s not always easy to step out on faith. But I know I’m not alone. My tribe is out there. 🙌🏾

The Seeds for Success Conference UK was nothing short of phenomenal! 🌱✨

We created a powerful, transformative space where learning, unlearning, and relearning felt natural and empowering. The atmosphere was filled with growth, reflection, and breakthrough moments. Seeds were planted, lives were transformed, and every person was challenged to rise higher and do better.

From the inspiring sessions to the vibrant connections, it was a day to remember.

Let’s not forget the succulent food and exceptional hospitality, the energy in the room was simply unmatched! A massive thank you to our guest speaker Vanessa Boachie and spotlight speaker Allia Smith, your words deeply moved and empowered our audience.

We recently caught up with Dr Michelle Brooks-Ucheaga at the BABCP Conference. Dr Brooks-Ucheaga is the Programme Lead in the Department of Mental Health and Therapeutic Practice at the University of Derby and a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

Yesterday, I completed three wonderful days of learning, sharing, and connecting at the BABCP Conference.

BABCP (the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) is the UK’s leading professional body for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), bringing together therapists, researchers, educators, and trainees committed to advancing evidence-based psychological therapies.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners, exchange ideas, and learn about the latest research and exciting developments shaping the future of CBT. I left feeling inspired by the innovation, passion, and commitment of so many professionals working to improve mental health care.
