Join SEEDS For a guided tour of the Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration!

If you’re a student interested in lab work, restoration volunteering, or spearheading your own ecology project, then you HAVE to check out The Cheadle Center! It’s where our two presidents got their start in lab research at UCSB!

Tour the vast collections of over 32,000 vertebrates, 40,000 invertebrates, and 250,000 plant specimens!

For our final summer recap, we have Everett’s Panama Bugs! 🐞 These are all native bugs from the Cloud Forests of Mt Totumas, that were captured via macro lens during an internship trip (possible through UCSB-Smithsonian Scholars and STRI)
