MICHAEL JACKSON 1.0 hee-hee An homage to Melbourne’s most iconic drink but remixed for the Cabramatta palette. Punchy cold brew balanced out with a smooth layer of slightly sweetened cream. To max out the flavour notes, we fragrance the cream with freshly grated nutmeg, orange zest and a sprinkle of 33% cocoa powder. Bold, harmonious, caffeine packed. MOLLY HAD A DOLLY molly this molly that 👀 high quality silver jasmine used for it’s fragrance and delicate floral aroma is paired with @procaldairies jersey milk to give a smooth rounded base. LOVE OOLONG TIME we fell in love with an amazing drink combination from our previous trip to Singapore. this drink leans towards the sweeter side with a butterscotch made in-house infused with oolong tea and balanced out with white miso. we top it up with @procaldairies jersey milk and layer it with a fresh airy espresso freddo made with a double shot of @stitch.coffee blackfield blend. To add that roasted note, we finish with a dusting of black sesame that’s visually reminiscent of dried oolong tea leaves. like a long love story - you get a bit of sweet, a bit of bitterness but a cup that you’ll miso much. stir well 🌪️ _ 📸 @bychloevonne taken in Cabramatta, New South Wales, Australia by @seekercafe

As part of SEEKER’s spotlight series dedicated to showcasing work from local creatives - we are excited to house the paintings from @danh.nhattan for a few weeks starting this weekend 👨🏻‍🎨 @danh.nhattan 🎨 moments of entanglement 📍 @seekercafe, Cabramatta Plaza 🗓️ starting Saturday 5th September 2026 MOMENTS OF ENTANGLEMENT Moments of Entanglement is a series of acrylic paintings reflecting on memory, identity, and the fleeting nature of childhood. Rooted in my experience as a Cambodian/Vietnamese artist growing up in South-West Sydney, the works draw from fragments of memories and moments connected to my Khmer Krom heritage. Through these familiar yet distant images, I explore nostalgia, homesickness, and the quiet confusion of belonging between cultures, places, and versions of myself. Entanglement becomes a way of understanding these feelings — where memory, culture, and identity overlap, blur, and sometimes contradict one another. Though I work across multiple mediums, I chose acrylic on canvas for this body of work, allowing these memories to exist somewhere between the tangible and the ephemeral.
