Immune Intensive Capsules are officially here!

In our last post, we shared how Dr. Lynch paired zinc with Quercefit® quercetin to help carry zinc into your cells. Here's what else he built into the formula:
🌿 ParActin® andrographis is the star ingredient. It has the most direct research behind this specific use, with controlled trials studying how it supports a balanced, healthy immune response.†
☀️ Vitamins A, D3, and K2 make up a fat-soluble trio that supports immune function. K2 also helps direct the calcium your body absorbs with D3 into your bones.†
🍊 A full gram of vitamin C and well-absorbed selenium are dosed for short-term support, well above the small amounts found in most daily products.†

Comment "DEFENSE" and we'll give you the full ingredient breakdown.

Your genes are like control switches. How they're flipped can affect everything from mood to digestion.

Let's break down your Super Seven:
🥇 MTHFR kicks off methylation, a process your body relies on 200+ times a day for energy, mood, and detox. Dirty MTHFR = harder time activating folate.
🟡 PEMT builds phosphatidylcholine, the compound your cell membranes are made of. It also keeps bile flowing and your liver clear. Struggles here often show up as sluggish digestion or liver strain.
🦠 DAO breaks down histamine from food. When it's dirty, everyday things like wine, aged cheese, or leftovers can trigger unwanted responses.
🌀 COMT clears out dopamine and estrogen. Depending on whether it runs fast or slow, that shows up as restlessness and poor sleep, or low energy and poor focus.
🙄 MAOA regulates dopamine and serotonin, the chemicals behind motivation and calm. Out of balance, it can mean mood swings, sugar cravings, or restless sleep.
🧪 GST/GPX are your detox team, helping glutathione clear toxins and heavy metals. When sluggish, chemical sensitivity and fatigue can build up fast.
❤️ NOS3 produces nitric oxide, which keeps blood vessels relaxed and blood flowing, the foundation of healthy blood pressure and circulation.

None of these genes work alone. They're part of shared pathways (methylation, histamine, neurotransmitters, detox) and their expression can change.

Most people think their health problems are random.

They’re not.

Out of 20,000 genes in your body, just 7 act like master switches.

You’ve probably heard of MTHFR and COMT—but they’re just part of a much bigger picture.

These Super Seven genes control critical functions: detox, inflammation, hormone balance, histamine processing, mood, and energy.

When even one gets “dirty,” symptoms can spiral.

But here’s the key: these genes are highly responsive to your environment, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and stress.

They’re interconnected and behave differently in every body.

That’s epigenetics.

Trying to conceive? Here’s something that doesn’t get talked about enough: blood sugar plays a role in fertility.†

Every cycle, your ovaries rely on signals from your hormones and from insulin. When those signals are communicating well, your body is better supported for healthy ovulation.

Inositol is one of the messengers that carries those signals. Your body naturally keeps its two forms at about 40:1, the same ratio most of the research uses and the one Dr. Lynch built this formula around.

But, Dr. Lynch went a step further. Inositol doesn’t build up in your body, so this formula supports the process your body uses to produce its own. That way, you’re not relying on the capsule alone.†

Coming soon!

💬 Comment BALANCE to learn how blood sugar and your cycle are connected, and what inositol has to do with it.

DAO doesn't only get dirty from food. Gut issues, certain medications , a highly processed diet, and stress can all make it harder for your body to clear histamine.

Supporting gut health and lowering histamine rich foods (aged, fermented, cured) are usually the first places to start.*

Whether your COMT runs fast or slow, the causes overlap: low folate, B12, or magnesium, stress or overwhelm, and an imbalanced MTHFR gene all play a role. Slow COMT also gets worse with too much caffeine, chocolate, or exposure to xenoestrogens (plastics, cosmetics, cleaners).

Magnesium, stress management, and reducing xenoestrogen exposure are good starting points either way.*

Say yes to the glass.

Red wine, beer, cider, champagne. Fermented drinks carry histamine for the same reason fermented food does, and alcohol works against you twice: it brings histamine in, and it competes for the enzyme that clears it.

That enzyme is DAO, made mostly in the gut. Everyone produces a different amount of it, and it tends to drop with age. Same round of drinks, very different night, depending on who you are.

DAO Enzyme is supplemental diamine oxidase, taken right before drinking to support your body's normal breakdown of histamine from food and drink.*

Comment ENZYME to learn more about how it works!

❌ "Folic acid and folinic acid are the same thing."
Folic acid and folinic acid are structurally different. Folic acid is a manufactured, oxidized form of vitamin B9, used for fortification and supplements. It doesn't occur naturally in food. Folinic acid, supplied here as calcium folinate, is the calcium salt of 5-formyltetrahydrofolate: a reduced folate that occurs naturally in food like leafy greens, asparagus, avocado, legumes, and liver.

That structural difference is what drives everything else. Because folic acid is oxidized, it has to pass through an enzyme called DHFR to become usable, and humans tend to convert it slowly and variably. What doesn't get converted can compete with active folate for the same transporters your body uses to move usable folate where it's needed. Folinic acid, already in its reduced form, skips that step entirely and is ready to use from the start. That's why we don't use folic acid in anything we make.

❌ "I reacted badly to methylfolate, so I can't take folate at all."
Methylfolate arrives already carrying a methyl group, a small chemical tag your body uses for a lot of jobs, and some people are slow to clear it once it's attached. That's a different question from MTHFR, which is simply the enzyme that creates methylfolate in the first place. Folinic acid carries no methyl group. It skips the same DHFR bottleneck methylfolate does, without arriving pre-committed to methylation. Your own MTHFR enzyme decides whether any of it goes that direction, and at what rate.

Still confused? Comment FOLINIC and we'll break it down further.

Finally, not too sweet

Straight answer on the taste: mild. Monk fruit, no stevia, no sucralose, and an unsweetened version if you want zero.

That's the point. You'll drink it all day instead of forcing down one sweet glass. The most repeated line in our reviews is some version of "finally, not too sweet."

A vegan or vegetarian diet without enough B12, too little protein, not enough vegetables, smoking, and poor sleep can all make PEMT work harder than it should.

Choline rich foods like eggs and quality protein, more vegetables, and prioritizing sleep are some of the simplest ways to support it.*

"Wait, doesn't Seeking Health already have an Immune Intensive?"

Yes, here's how they differ:
💧 Immune Intensive Liquid is the one many of you already know. It gives you five essential immune nutrients in an easy-to-swallow liposomal liquid. You can take it any time of day, with or without food.†
💊 Immune Intensive Capsules are the new one, built for a different moment. They keep the core nutrients and add ParActin® andrographis, a botanical studied for supporting a balanced, healthy immune response. They also add chelated zinc bisglycinate with Quercefit® quercetin to help carry zinc into your cells, plus selenium. The dose is intentionally high, so you take 2 capsules a day for a short term while your immune system needs extra support, and then you stop.†
🍳 One important note on the capsules: take them with a full meal, not a snack. The zinc is potent enough that an empty stomach can leave you feeling nauseated.

Not sure which fits? The liquid is great for flexible, everyday-style support and for anyone who'd rather not swallow pills.

The capsules are for the days you want the most comprehensive formula we make.

Folate has two jobs in your body: building new cells (DNA and RNA synthesis) and feeding the methylation cycle, which your body uses to process neurotransmitters.

Methylfolate and folinic acid are both bioavailable forms your body can actually use for these jobs. Methylfolate arrives already carrying a methyl group — already committed to the methylation cycle before it can be used any other way. Folinic acid feeds the DNA-building pool directly, no extra step needed, and it's your own MTHFR enzyme that decides whether any of it gets routed to methylation, at whatever rate it runs.

Folic acid is different. It’s a manufactured compound, not a form your body makes or uses naturally. It has to clear a slow enzyme step (DHFR) that most people run slowly, and in the meantime it may compete with active folate for receptor binding. . It's why Dr. Lynch's stance is simple: skip folic acid, period.

Folinic acid and methylfolate are both active, usable forms of folate — and which one fits your body makes a real difference.

We’ve got folinic acid lozenges, but the drops are easier to dose.

Comment FOLINIC below to learn more about what makes Folinic Acid Drops different.
