Berliners 🌀 A June treat incoming!

My next in person workshop will be the Relating Room #6, and it’s dedicated to something that’s been veeerrryyy alive for me lately. It hums quietly – and sometimes not so quietly – beneath so many of our decisions, relationships, and inner lives: uncertainty.

We plan, we predict, we try to hold things in place. And life, reliably, does its own thing. The not-knowing can feel like threat, like tightening, like an anxious scan for solid ground. And yet – it’s also where everything interesting lives!

This edition of the Relating Room is an invitation to meet uncertainty, and meet it differently. Not as a problem to solve or a feeling to push through. But as a fundamental part of being alive – one that wants to be acknowledged, felt, and possibly even befriended.

Together, we’ll explore how our nervous systems respond to the unknown, what we reach for when the ground shifts, and what becomes possible when we stop trying to outrun what we can’t control.
Rooted in Authentic Relating practices, we’ll work with reflection, embodied awareness, and relational exercises to sit with what’s here – honestly, and in good company.

This is not about arriving at ease or performing equanimity. It’s about creating a grounded, honest container where uncertainty is allowed to exist – and be held with care.

🗓 Tuesday, June 16 | 6:00–9:30pm

I am not okay*

And that makes me hold space for my clients even better.

Here’s why..

.. going through hardships in life breaks me open in so many ways that it lets me tap into my softness even more. It brings another level of compassion for the people I work with and their challenges.

.. my own vulnerability encourages my clients to bravely trust theirs and go deeper into their process and self- discovery, while feeling held.

.. experiencing turmoil sparks my inherent curiosity and calls me to learn how to feel and embrace it all, find ways to truly deal with everything in a self-actualizing way and integrate it properly – something I can then pass on authentically and wholeheartedly.

If you find yourself in a chapter of your life where you have a hard time facing the challenges alone, I encourage you to seek support – however that may look like for you, only you can know!

*I’m beyond grateful to have a support system in place that I can rely on and years of inner work and body work to be landing on my feet.

With love,

the bathtub.

what sorrows can a bathtub hold, if it can never be filled?
the emptiness so daunting and cold
all this space taken by an unapologetic void
endless capacity to fall into nothingness

I lay in it, naked, with nothing to hide from the ever pouring glances in the mirror
the absolute bare truth of neediness
of that search for that other heartbeat,
for that other hand

finding safety in moving through the stillness
imagining progress in the immobility,
vivid dreams trying to make up for stagnation,
an aching in losing hope - at least something to feel

listening to one drop of aliveness that chimes on the abandoned steel
a hint of warmth and trust shivers on freezing skin, pressed against the inside of that hollow promise
a person shaped hole, waiting to be filled
a hopeless endeavour to bathe in a steady sea of comfort

hearing an outcry of understanding leaves nothing but the tired wrapping of my own arms around my own body, whispering avowals of encouragement towards my own heart - so they may come true and fill this tub to the brim - with tears of relief

Berliners 🤍 here’s a January treat incoming!

My next in person workshop will be the Relating Room #5. It  is dedicated to a quiet, often unspoken companion for many of us — loneliness. Especially in winter. Especially in Berlin, a city full of people looking for connection.

So many of us long to meet heart to heart, and yet find ourselves feeling unseen, disconnected, or emotionally far away. Loneliness doesn’t always look like being alone — sometimes it shows up right in the middle of busy lives, full calendars, and social rooms.

This edition of the Relating Room is an invitation to meet loneliness, and meet it differently.
Not as a personal failure, not as something to fix or push away. But as a deeply human and relational experience that wants to be acknowledged and met.

Together, we’ll explore the subtle line between chosen solitude and unwanted isolation. We’ll gently look at relational patterns that can keep us at a distance — even when we wish to feel close. Rooted in Authentic Relating practices, we’ll work with reflection, embodied awareness, and relational exercises to sense what’s here and share what wants to be shared.

This is not about forcing connection. It’s about creating a grounded, honest container where loneliness is allowed to exist — and be held with care.

Berliners, all Relating Room topics are close to my heart, but this one hits me deeper. Edition #4 is dedicated to the tender, courageous, and often misunderstood practice of Self Love.

We talk about love all the time… but how often do we pause and ask what it really means?
What does it mean to love ourselves — not in theory, not in perfection, but in the real, busy, beautifully complicated lives we’re living?

Inspired by Bell Hooks’ understanding of love as a practice rooted in responsibility, compassion, respect, and awareness, this evening is an invitation to explore self love not as indulgence, but as a grounded relationship with ourselves. One that is imperfect, personal, and deeply alive.

Together, we’ll slow down.
We’ll ask honest and uncomfortable questions.
We’ll listen to our needs without judgment.
And through guided exercises, we’ll take this exploration out of the mind and into the body — sensing what self love actually feels like for each of us.

Relating Room is a monthly space for authentic connection — with ourselves, with each other, and with the complexity of being human.

Come as you are: tender, curious, tired, hopeful, unsure, open.
Leave with more clarity, a softening toward yourself, and a practice you can carry into the season ahead.

I’d love to share this space with you.
