[Aug 19, 2026 — A random photo I unknowingly captured while running that came out seemingly perfect. This is proof that life loves me.]

Journal entry:
There’s a positive shift that happened within my development. A shift I feel on a day to day basis. The feeling feels like an embodied carelessness. Situations don’t carry the same weight as they once did. There’s a sense of great safety within one’s own body, knowing that I can trust myself to facilitate my own wellbeing; there is no more self abandoning; I feel anchored to myself. I think of it as, my nervous system has finally caught up to speed with my new environment & all the things I’ve been working on to create a sense of wellbeing. All the work has seemingly paid off. I have gotten rid of the bullshit that once fogged up my mirrors, and now the kid who once lived is glad to be back. Hopefully by making this post it doesn’t vanish lol. Knock on wood, don’t want to jinx it.
