Fell in love once. Going back to fall harder.

China, your precision, your progress, your poetry — the way things are looking, not done with you yet!

Some honours feel different. ❤️

Because they don’t just celebrate what you’ve built, they celebrate the woman behind it.

Thank you @msocialin and @swaati.j , for creating a space that brings women together, celebrates their journeys and reminds us that there is so much power in women recognising women.

To be in a room filled with women who are building, dreaming, creating and making their own paths — and to be honoured among them — is something I’ll truly cherish.

Grateful. Inspired. And, as always, hungry for what’s next. ✨

Some experiences remind you why you do what you do. And some remind you why you should *never* be a judge. 😄

My recent event with the students of Narsee Monjee was an attempt to build a bridge between the industry and the new generation — bringing together their marketing, business and creative talent with the realities of the industry.

At @zikdigital , we’ve always believed that crazy, disruptive ideas don’t necessarily come from people with X years of experience. They often come from people who are closest to technology, culture and emerging trends — and that’s our new generation.

But there was one part of the day I absolutely struggled with: judging their work.

I actually got my EA to score the students because, frankly, I wanted to share the karmic debt. 🙈😂 sorry @poo_061414 And when the results were announced, I felt terrible for those who didn’t win. I kept thinking about how much effort, creativity and courage each of them had put into their ideas.

Thankfully, @poo_061414 talked me down and reminded me that we had judged them fairly — and that sometimes, not winning doesn’t mean your idea wasn’t good.

So, while I’m happy to keep building bridges between industry and young talent, I think I’ve learned one very important lesson:

**I’m never judging again. At least not that part.** 😄

Putting up a few pictures from a day that left me inspired, humbled, and slightly traumatised by the judging process.

To the next generation: keep bringing the crazy ideas. We need them. taken in NMIMS by @seerattsoni

Started our morning from Nilaveli with a boat ride to Pigeon Island, and the excitement was real!

We’d been told there were no shops on the island, so we packed breakfast from our Airbnb in disposable boxes and carried it along. Best decision ever! A morning filled with crystal-clear waters, snorkeling, good food, and hours of simply soaking in the beauty of the island.

By evening, we were back in Nilaveli, where the beachside vibe was just as magical—calm, beautiful, and the perfect way to end the day.

If you’re planning a trip to Sri Lanka, make sure Pigeon Island and Nilaveli are on your itinerary. Trust me, this is one experience you shouldn’t miss!
