Scrolling through cycling content on Instagram, it’s easy to think that the only way to use a bike is to race it.

That couldn’t be further from the truth.

Whether you’re new to the sport or just burnt out from feeling like you constantly have to do something competitive to “fit in” to the culture, here’s a piece I did with @sportful to give you some ideas to help switch gears 🔂

At the end of the day - fun, progress and success on the bike can be defined in a lot of different ways.

So keep getting out there until you figure out what that looks like for you 🤝🏾

100 miles/160 km, 8700ft/2651 meters of climbing, half-sick and almost had heat stroke 4 hrs in (it hit 93F/33C☀️)… all that to say, please never in your life underestimate a man who refuses to see his 87 euros go to waste. In this economy? You kiddin me? With the way the dollar isn’t dollaring? I couldn’t cancel last minute, so yea had to show up and get it done🤝🏾✅ #RaisedDifferent 😂 THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

It’s always hard trying to balance “adulting” with being active🫠.

But I still tried to get the movement in when I could. Looking forward to next year, got some fun events planned🤝🏾
