Thank you for coming to the first @stoicyears event this past weekend. it was the most memorable moment for me, and a dream come true… i cried happy tears the next night reflecting on all of it :’)

I remember this just being an idea last year, and not knowing where to even start, but i felt so compelled to do it. im so lucky to have the right people to call on when im serious about something. im so proud!

i spent 2 months building things ive never built before.. a reed sculptural lamp, a giant tent from scrap fabrics, and an 80 pound leather plushie. i didnt feel human

im so very appreciative of Ed and the @ark8net team for hosting and helping me put this together, especially you Jalen, the MVP!

special thanks to my friends who played a massive part in making this experiential event come to life. i will die by the sword for yall..

+ jdr, noelle, matt, jesse, shizuka, alex, megan, tyler, michelle, mekhi +

from ideation, fabrication, documentation, flyer design, materials, sales, playlist, inventory management, and also just morale boost and optimism

and to everyone that came from the bay! that actually blew my mind T-T

hoping to do something like this again in the future but my brain needs some rest. taken in ARK/8 by @seewhychris

Presenting my first physical installation hosted by ARK/8 on April 18–19 in Los Angeles.

The space will feature remaining pieces from the latest collection alongside new works, one-off items, and a series of sculptural installations developed with close friends over the past few months.

We will be serving crafted Japanese teas while supplies last.

Please come by to experience the work in person, spend time in the space, or simply browse and talk. It would make me happy to see you there!
