(Pen)ultimate race of the season and a first red carpet @ultimateathleticschampionship. @adidasoriginals made sure I was ready for the event though. All in once again tomorrow 💨

4th time 44"8 this year, but i'll gladly take it from the inner lane.

3rd time running at the Brussels diamond league in front of a home crowd, but still the same goosebumps.

Thank you @allianzmemorialvandamme, the pleasure was mine 🖤💛❤️

Next up @paliocittadellaquercia 😤

Down for a moment, but the head goes up again.

Zooming out, I went from the last relay reserve two years ago to an individual finalist this edition. The trend is clear: upwards.

Another intense chapter written. The next one awaits.

Love for the massive wave of support ❤️

Truly heartbroken. It feels like I let the whole nation down. Didn't run the way i've been running the whole season. A partial tendon tear less than 2 weeks ago certainly didn't help, but I gave it my all. The pressure and stress of trying to make it just in time might have taken too much out of me to perform when it mattered the most.

Hard to accept that you've worked so hard, but the body fails when you count on it the most. There are no handouts at the highest level. I've never been this disappointed, but I did everything I could. No regrets, it just wasn't enough.

The only thing I can guarantee is that I will try again, even harder. Whatever it takes, in the pursuit of making you all proud and bringing it home one day. That is the standard I will hold myself to.

Love, your European finalist🖤

To not give it your all is to sacrifice your gift. All or nothing tomorrow. Let's go.

First national 400m title, 6 years after my first-ever national title in the long jump. It has been a particular journey, but the best part is that we're far from done writing the story 🥇

Shoutout to @dborlee & @josacoor for joining me on the podium and for pushing me day in and day out. Second year in a row with a clean sweep of the podium for @jokeborlee. Three-peat loading‼️
