Two weeks at #1 TV series in India. 4.9 million views in the first week. I’m still in shock :)

I hate writing posts that feel like they should have “#blessed” at the end of them, so it’s taken a while to post this but here goes.

When @pratimdgupta pitched me his tv show - a rebellious vampire falls in love with a Bengali dentist - I knew the series wouldn’t be like anything I’d ever written before 😂 I hoped it would be absurd enough to work, and it was when I read his pilot that I realized how much heart and depth the story had. But I still couldn’t have imagined this response.

I’m so grateful for all the love this show is getting and so touched by all the messages, so thank you for watching!

Finally, thank you to @pratimdgupta @endemolshineind @netflix_in and the entire Tooth Pari cast and crew for making this show - and to the Tulsea team for giving me the opportunity to be a part of it 🤗 (hashtag, blessed) by @sej777
