Luxembourg is an extremely beautiful and wealthy country known for its magnificent bridges and fortresses. This is the also the same place I was in when it occurred to me I have become emotionally unavailable which is weird and sensible at the same time.

Weird because it's a country full of well-made bridges but I am currently not in a place where I can offer a deep or serious connection.

It also makes sense because Luxembourg has solid fortresses just like how I have my very own and it guards my heart. My fortress is designed to keep out 99.9999999995% of the population and in it is a heart that runs on self-suffiency, as well as tragedy avoidance as its directive.

It's safe to say that in Luxembourg, I'm a person with first world problems but on a third world payroll. LOL

I'm sure I'll figure it out. Anyway, Luxembourg has just entered my top 3 most favourite countries I have visited. 😉 by @seldomnava

Not so fun fact about me is that my actual birthday of September 6 doesn’t necessarily reflect on my birth certificate. So legally speaking, I just turned 34 a few days ago. hahahaha

So much birthdays for a simple guy like me who wants a “payak na pamumuhay”. So naturally I celebrated by doing what I do best: eating at restaurants. hahaha

Speaking of restaurants, I’ve been out of the restaurant for a long long long time. And maybe only the folks who know this Taylor Swift lore might piece it together but yeah — I’ve been out of the restaurant. I would admit that on the rarest occasions, I would give in, go online and check for any changes on the menu. Most of the time though, I would get updates from friends who recently visited the restaurant or I would get a call from the restaurant owner himself asking if I’d like to place a reservation. I never went back to the restaurant and I don’t intend to anytime soon.

For whatever it’s worth, I admire this guy in the pictures for mustering up courage to leave the restaurant when it’s no longer serving decent-quality dishes. Dream on, man, and continue evolving. The world is your oyster!

Happy Birthday, Seldom!

This guy right here — I love this man! LOL. While he was a victim of his circumstance, he took the narrative back and he also became the beneficiary of his own great decisions. Thank you for letting people in — the kind of people who want to see you fill your own cup, and are content and happy being recipients of the overflow.

I don’t mean to be cocky but I’ve been seeing it for a while now: “The world is my oyster.”
